These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the promotional action (hereinafter referred to as the “Action”), organized by LANCOM E.P.E., operating under the distinctive title Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Action is conducted exclusively through the BNETGG application, owned and managed by the Company.
1. Duration of the Action
The Action will take place during the period announced within the BNETGG application and/or through the official communication channels of Battlenet.
The Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Action at any time.
2. Right to Participate
Participation is open to all natural persons who:
- have an active BNETGG account;
- are members of Battlenet Gaming Stations;
- have reached the minimum age required to maintain a BNETGG account, in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use.
Employees of the Company, as well as partners or subcontractors directly involved in the organization or operation of the Action, are excluded from participation.
Participation is personal, non-transferable and carried out exclusively through the participant’s own BNETGG account.
3. Gameplay & Rewards
3.1 Rewards
Players may receive rewards including, but not limited to:
- LAN Boosters;
- Prepaid gaming time;
- Discount vouchers;
- Promotional rewards;
- Physical merchandise;
- Other digital or physical prizes announced by the Company.
The available rewards, their quantities and their distribution method may vary throughout the Action and are announced within the BNETGG application or through Battlenet’s official communication channels.
3.2 Reward Eligibility
Rewards may be awarded based on criteria including, but not limited to:
- score achieved;
- leaderboard position;
- daily or weekly rankings;
- special in-game achievements;
- random prize distribution;
- participation in special events.
The Company reserves full discretion regarding the reward mechanism applicable to each campaign.
An individual can not be on the Top 10 of the winners for more than 1 week. If they are, they will be omitted from the prize process and recieve the minimum gift.
3.3 Reward Redemption
Digital rewards are redeemed through the BNETGG application or participating Battlenet Gaming Stations.
Physical prizes must be collected from a Battlenet store designated by the Company following communication with the winner, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping of physical prizes is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the Company.
Unless otherwise announced, rewards related to gaming time (Prepaid packages, LAN Boosters or similar services) are not valid at Battlenet Komotini.
4. Participation Rules
Each participant may participate an unlimited number of times unless otherwise specified for a particular event or reward.
Where a reward is subject to a participation limit (for example one prize per account, per day, per week or per campaign), such limitation will be communicated within the application.
Participation, scores, rewards and rankings are strictly linked to the participant’s own account and may not be transferred.
The Company may request identity verification before awarding any prize.
5. Fair Play
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- creation or use of multiple accounts;
- use of bots, scripts, macros or automated software;
- modification of the application or game files;
- exploitation of bugs or unintended game mechanics;
- score manipulation;
- account sharing;
- any fraudulent, abusive or unfair behaviour.
Accounts found to have violated these Terms may, at the Company’s sole discretion:
- be disqualified;
- have their score reset;
- lose any pending rewards;
- be excluded from future promotional actions.
The Company’s decision regarding Fair Play violations shall be final.
6. Modification or Cancellation
The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- modify the gameplay;
- modify scoring rules;
- change available rewards;
- replace rewards with others of equal or greater value;
- suspend or terminate the Action;
- reset rankings if required for technical or operational reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the application;
- internet or connectivity issues;
- software or hardware malfunctions;
- interruptions caused by maintenance;
- technical failures outside its reasonable control;
- loss of progress resulting from force majeure events.
Participation in the Action is at the participant’s own responsibility.
8. Store Disclaimer
The Action is organized exclusively by the Company through the BNETGG application.
The individual Battlenet Gaming Stations stores are not responsible for:
- the operation of the game;
- score calculation;
- winner selection;
- leaderboard rankings;
- reward allocation;
- technical support relating to the game.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the Action will be processed solely for purposes related to:
- participation in the Action;
- score validation;
- winner verification;
- reward redemption;
- communication with participants where necessary.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Participants retain all rights granted under applicable data protection laws.
10. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the Battlenet Ninja Action constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to interpret these Terms and resolve any issue arising from their application in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
