1. Scope of the Campaign
1.1. This promotional campaign (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by the company operating Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “Battlenet”), in collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers (hereinafter the “Partner”).
1.2. Within the framework of the Campaign, eligible users are granted special benefits in the form of LAN Boosters of thirty (30) minutes or one (1) hour duration (hereinafter the “Benefits” or “Boosters”), which are applied as additional gaming time to an already active or purchased LAN session.
1.3. The Benefits provided under the Campaign do not constitute a standalone product or service and cannot be used independently. They function exclusively as supplementary free gaming time added to an eligible LAN usage.
1.4. The Campaign does not constitute a lottery, sweepstake, or competition, but a promotional offer governed solely by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”).
1.5. The Campaign is available exclusively in stores within the Greek territory.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Campaign is open to natural persons who:
a) are students and/or beneficiaries of the collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers, as defined by the Partner,
b) have received a valid, authentic, and unused unique redemption code (unique code),
c) have or create a valid user account at Battlenet Gaming Stations, and
d) comply with the operating rules of Battlenet stores and these Terms.
2.2. Having a registered user account at Battlenet is a mandatory requirement for redemption and use of the Benefits.
2.3. Participation in the Campaign is free of charge in relation to the Booster; however, its use requires that the user has already purchased or activated an eligible LAN service to which the additional time will be applied.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to request, at any time, identification or proof of eligibility, including but not limited to a benefits card, student verification, or any equivalent supporting document.
3. Campaign Duration
3.1. The Campaign shall be valid for the period announced by Battlenet and/or the Partner through their official communication channels.
3.2. Unless otherwise stated, each eligible user may redeem the Campaign up to twelve (12) times in total, corresponding to one (1) redemption per calendar month.
3.3. Any unused monthly redemption does not carry over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.4. After the expiration of the Campaign or the relevant redemption period, no codes shall remain valid, even if unused.
4. Code Distribution and Redemption
4.1. The Benefits are distributed via unique personal codes, issued within the context of the collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers.
4.2. Codes may be redeemed:
a) through the BNETGG platform/app, where technically available, and/or
b) via direct entry into the Cafe Pro system by store staff or any other method designated by Battlenet.
4.3. Each code:
a) is unique,
b) is personal,
c) is non-transferable,
d) may only be used by the intended recipient, and
e) may be redeemed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4. Battlenet reserves the right to refuse redemption if:
a) the code has already been used,
b) the code has expired,
c) the code is invalid or not issued through official channels,
d) the user cannot be properly identified as the legitimate recipient, or
e) there are indications of misuse, fraud, or unauthorized use.
4.5. Battlenet may require presentation of a benefits card or other valid identification to verify eligibility prior to redemption.
5. Nature and Limitations of Benefits
5.1. The Benefits consist exclusively of additional gaming time and do not constitute an independent product or service.
5.2. The Benefits may only be used in conjunction with an active or newly purchased eligible LAN session.
5.3. The Benefits are valid exclusively:
a) on PC stations,
b) within Normal Areas and Extreme Areas, where available,
c) and are not valid for Stage areas, consoles, sim racing setups, VR stations, or any non-PC equipment.
5.4. The Benefits:
a) cannot be exchanged for cash,
b) cannot be replaced with another product or service,
c) are non-refundable,
d) cannot be resold, transferred, or assigned, and
e) may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.
5.5. The Benefits do not grant loyalty points or similar rewards unless otherwise specified.
6. Usage Terms
6.1. The free gaming time is added only to an active or eligible LAN session, subject to system limitations.
6.2. If the free time is lost, expires, or cannot be used for reasons not attributable solely to Battlenet, it will not be replaced, reissued, or compensated.
6.3. This includes, without limitation, cases such as:
a) user departure,
b) improper use,
c) late arrival,
d) inability to verify identity,
e) third-party technical issues,
f) interruptions not attributable exclusively to Battlenet.
6.4. In case of technical failures or interruptions caused by third parties or factors beyond Battlenet’s reasonable control, no obligation for replacement or compensation arises.
6.5. Promotional free time is not equivalent to paid usage and is treated as a non-compensable promotional benefit, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
7. Minors
7.1. The Campaign may apply to minors, provided that all applicable laws and Battlenet’s internal policies regarding minors are respected.
7.2. The use of services by minors is subject to parental consent requirements and applicable legal provisions, as outlined at:

7.3. Battlenet reserves the right to refuse redemption if legal or operational requirements regarding minors are not met.
8. User Obligations
8.1. Users must comply with:
a) these Terms,
b) store operating rules,
c) staff instructions,
d) all applicable laws and policies.
8.2. Prohibited behaviors include:
a) disruption of store operations,
b) damage or misuse of equipment,
c) unsafe or inappropriate conduct,
d) abuse of codes or multiple unauthorized redemptions.
8.3. In case of violation, Battlenet may:
a) refuse or cancel redemption,
b) terminate the session,
c) remove the user from the premises,
d) exclude the user from the Campaign or future promotions.
8.4. No compensation or replacement shall be provided in such cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Battlenet and the Partner shall not be liable for:
a) lost, invalid, or misused codes,
b) user errors or omissions,
c) third-party actions or failures,
d) technical issues beyond their control,
e) force majeure events.
9.2. Battlenet shall not be responsible for disruptions caused by:
- telecommunications providers,
- electricity supply,
- third-party software or hardware,
- external service providers.
9.3. No obligation exists to replace or compensate lost promotional time unless caused by proven and exclusive fault of Battlenet.
9.4. The Partner is solely responsible for its own services and relationship with its students.
9.5. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Personal Data
10.1. Battlenet may process personal data necessary for:
- eligibility verification,
- user identification,
- code redemption,
- fraud prevention.
10.2. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Battlenet’s privacy policies.
11. Modification / Termination
11.1. Battlenet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign for operational, legal, or technical reasons.
11.2. Changes shall be effective upon announcement.
11.3. Users engaging in abuse or fraud may be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Organizer’s registered seat.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
