The offer is valid exclusively at the participating Battlenet Gaming Stations listed below, for the period of October 1st to October 31st. Usage hours must be consumed within the validity period of the offer, and no refunds will be provided for unused hours.
Eligibility:
– The offer applies only to registered users (members) of the Battlenet Gaming Stations.
– The package can be used exclusively during the operating hours of the Battlenet stores.
– The offer is only available at selected Battlenet Gaming Stations listed below.
Usage Duration and Offer Expiration:
– The 4 usage hours must be consumed in a single session. After logging off, any remaining unused hours will automatically expire without the possibility of a refund or any other form of compensation.
Appropriate Behavior and Internal Regulations:
– Users are required to comply with the internal regulations of the establishment.
– Any behavior that may endanger the safety of the equipment or other customers, such as equipment damage or aggressive behavior, is strictly prohibited.
– The store reserves the right to exclude any user who fails to comply with these terms, without any obligation to refund for unused hours.
Legal Compliance:
– The offer is available to individuals aged 18 or above, or to minors with parental consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their time at Battlenet.
– Battlenet fully complies with the current legislation on data protection and the protection of minors.
Limited Liability:
– Battlenet is not liable for any damages or accidents arising from improper use of the equipment.
– In the event of technical issues (such as power outages), no compensation will be provided for lost usage time.
– For products not supplied by Battlenet (such as food items), Battlenet bears no responsibility for any allergic reactions or related issues. Each customer is responsible for their own consumption of these products.
Equipment Damage:
– Users are responsible for any damage to the equipment. In the event of damage, users are required to restore or replace the equipment within 15 days. All repair or replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
