This offer is exclusively valid at Battlenet stores within Greece, as described below, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Offer Description
The KitKat LAN March 2025 promotion grants access to LAN gaming services at BattlenetGS and Battlenet Arena locations at a special package price:
- BattlenetGS: €5 for 4 hours of LAN gaming (+€1 for Extreme Areas where available).
- Battlenet Arena (Agios Dimitrios & Navarinou): €6 for 4 hours of LAN gaming (valid for normal & extreme areas, stage excluded).
The promotion is valid from March 4, 2025, to March 31, 2025, or until stock runs out.
2. Redemption Terms
- The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, competitions, or promotional activities of BattlenetGS and Battlenet Arena stores.
- The 4-hour package must be used entirely on the same day of purchase and cannot be split across different days.
- The offer applies to individual users only and is non-transferable to third parties.
- No refunds or conversions of the offer into cash or any other form of credit are allowed.
- Prices apply to regular customers only and do not cover private bookings or group reservations.
- If the store reaches full capacity, users may have to wait for an available gaming station.
3. Restrictions & Participating Stores
- The promotion is valid exclusively at BattlenetGS stores within Greece. The Battlenet 3D Volos, Battlenet 3D Komotini, Battlenet 3D Menidi, Battlenet 3D Agioi Anargyroi stores are excluded from participation.
- Battlenet reserves the right to add or remove stores from the promotion without prior notice.
4. Modifications & Management Rights
- BattlenetGS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if deemed necessary.
- In the case of abuse or attempted circumvention of the promotion’s terms, Battlenet reserves the right to cancel the redemption or deny a customer’s participation in the promotion.
- If stock runs out, the promotion may end before March 31, 2025, without an obligation for replacement.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
- BattlenetGS and the participating stores hold no liability for technical issues, power outages, connection problems, or any external factors affecting the use of the offer.
- Users must comply with the store rules, safety policies, and health regulations in effect.
- Battlenet is not responsible for damages to personal equipment or loss of personal belongings during the use of its services.
- In cases of damage to store equipment due to negligence or malicious use by the customer, the store reserves the right to demand compensation.
- Participation in the KitKat LAN March 2025 promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
