Back to School LAN | September 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Description

1.1. The “Back to School LAN” promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) concerns a special LAN package consisting of two (2) hours of gaming for the price of €1.

1.2. The Offer is available exclusively to registered users / members of Battlenet Gaming Stations who are under 17 years of age.

2. Purchase and Activation Period

2.1. The Offer is available for purchase from 16/09/2026 up to and including 30/09/2026.

2.2. The Offer may be activated exclusively from Monday to Friday, during the validity period of the Offer.

2.3. The Offer cannot be activated on Saturdays or Sundays.

3. Activation Limits

3.1. Each eligible user may activate the Offer up to two (2) times in total during the period from 16/09/2026 up to and including 30/09/2026.

3.2. The two (2) activations constitute the maximum total number of activations per user for the entire duration of the Offer. The activation limit does not reset daily, weekly or per store.

3.3. Each activation corresponds to one (1) package consisting of two (2) hours of LAN gaming for €1.

3.4. Once the second (2nd) activation has been used, the same user will not be eligible to activate the Offer again until its expiration on 30/09/2026.

3.5. The limit of two (2) activations applies per unique user / member account and cannot be bypassed by activating the Offer at a different store.

3.6. The Offer is personal and may not be transferred, assigned or used through a different account or by another person.

4. Age Restrictions

4.1. The Offer may be activated exclusively by users / members who are under 17 years of age.

4.2. User eligibility may be verified through the information registered on the user’s account and/or by store staff, where required.

5. Use of the Offer

5.1. The Offer may be activated in all PC areas of participating stores, excluding Stage areas.

5.2. The Offer does not apply to consoles, VR, racing simulators or other special services / setups, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3. The LAN time included in the package must be used in accordance with the applicable operating rules of each participating store.

6. Participating Stores

6.1. The Offer is valid at participating Battlenet Gaming Stations locations.

7. General Terms

7.1. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service and may not be resold or transferred.

7.2. Users are required to comply with the internal operating rules of Battlenet Gaming Stations and The Web stores.

7.3. In cases of abuse, submission of inaccurate or false information, creation or use of multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing the activation limit, or any other unauthorised use of the Offer, Battlenet reserves the right to refuse or cancel the activation.

8. Modification or Termination of the Offer

8.1. Battlenet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer, in whole or in part, for technical, operational, commercial or other reasonable grounds.

8.2. The applicable Terms & Conditions are published on Battlenet’s official website and may be updated whenever necessary.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1. The purchase or activation of the Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
