1. General Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The “DUOS DAY II \u2013 Valentine\u2019s Edition”<\/strong> promotional campaign is organized by Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> and is valid exclusively on Thursday, February 14, 2025<\/strong>. Participants can receive a 2-hour gaming voucher<\/strong>, which is credited via BNETGG<\/strong> and can be used only at Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To qualify for participation, users must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n

  • They must have a public social media profile<\/strong>, allowing verification of their entry.<\/li>\n
  • They must be BNETGG members<\/strong>, as the gaming hours will be credited exclusively through this platform.<\/li>\n
  • They must not have an active ban<\/strong> from Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • The uploaded photo must be taken inside a Battlenet store<\/strong> and include both the participant and their duo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • They must tag the official Battlenet Gaming Stations Instagram profile<\/strong> (@battlenetgs<\/strong>) in their post.<\/li>\n
  • The post must remain public and visible for at least 24 hours<\/strong> after it has been uploaded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> reserves the right to reject any participation that does not meet the above criteria or violates the campaign’s terms of use.<\/p>\n

    3. Voucher Allocation & Redemption<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The voucher entitles the participant to 2 hours of gaming<\/strong>, which will be credited to their BNETGG account within 24 hours<\/strong> upon approval.<\/li>\n
    • Each participant may receive up to two vouchers<\/strong> (one for themselves and one for their duo).<\/li>\n
    • The voucher is strictly personal and non-transferable<\/strong> to another user.<\/li>\n
    • A participant can redeem only one voucher<\/strong> for personal use. The second voucher is intended exclusively for their duo and cannot be used by the same individual<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • The voucher is valid only on February 14, 2025<\/strong>, and cannot be transferred to another date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • If the voucher is not redeemed by the expiration date, it will not be replaced, refunded, or extended<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • In case of a technical issue or interruption of gameplay<\/strong>, the gaming hours will not be refunded or extended<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> reserves the right to cancel any vouchers redeemed in violation of the promotional campaign’s terms.<\/p>\n

      4. Content Usage Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      By participating in this campaign, users grant Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> the exclusive right to use, reproduce, and promote<\/strong> any content created for the campaign (photos, stories, posts), without additional compensation or further obligation to notify the participant.<\/p>\n

      Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> reserves the right to use the uploaded photos for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes<\/strong>, across social media and other advertising platforms.<\/p>\n

      5. Modification of Terms & Legal Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      • Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotional campaign without prior notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
