The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the promotional activities of Battlenet Gaming Stations during the Christmas 2024 period. By participating, users fully accept these Terms. Non-acceptance of these Terms will result in the cancellation of their participation in the activities.<\/p>\n
Participation is allowed for individuals aged 18 and above. In the case of minors participating, the responsibility lies solely with their legal guardians. Battlenet bears no responsibility for the participation of minors.<\/p>\n
Participation in the “Santa\u2019s Wheel” requires registration and an active account in the **BNETGG** app. For local giveaways, participants must be registered members of the local Battlenet stores.<\/p>\n
All coupons are valid for use at all Battlenet Gaming Stations, except the **Battlenet Komotini** store.
\nThere are no time restrictions for redeeming coupons during their validity period.<\/p>\n
There is no limit to the number of gifts a participant can win. The distribution of gifts is determined by the odds system of the application.<\/p>\n
Draws for major prizes are conducted using a certified **Random Number Generator (RNG)** system, ensuring a fair selection of winners. Employees of Battlenet, their direct associates, and family members are excluded from participation. The names of the winners will be publicly announced on the campaign page and Battlenet\u2019s official social media channels after the campaign concludes.<\/p>\n
Winners must respond to phone calls or contact Battlenet within **10 days** from the draw date. Failure to respond will result in the prize being awarded to the next runner-up, and the original winner forfeiting their right to claim the prize.<\/p>\n

In the event of a breach of the Terms, Battlenet reserves the right to:<\/p>\n
Local stores may, at their discretion, offer additional gifts beyond those specified in the campaign.<\/p>\n
Participation in the campaign applies only to **selected stores** and is not mandatory for all Battlenet locations.<\/p>\n
Battlenet is not responsible for delays in the delivery of physical gifts due to external factors (e.g., shipping, suppliers).<\/p>\n
Battlenet is not responsible for any of the following issues that may affect the use of the BNETGG app:<\/p>\n
In the event of technical issues, participants may report the problem via the **Bug Report** feature or at **marketing@battlenet.gr**, though immediate resolution is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n
Battlenet reserves the right to cancel entries or delete user accounts that:<\/p>\n
Battlenet is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of the app by third parties.<\/p>\n
Battlenet ensures that users’ personal data in the BNETGG app:<\/p>\n
Battlenet fully complies with the **EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)** and reserves the right to revise its security policy as necessary.<\/p>\n
Battlenet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the BNETGG app for any of the following reasons:<\/p>\n
In such cases, Battlenet will notify users via email or app announcements.<\/p>\n
Battlenet reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners for promotional purposes without additional compensation.<\/p>\n
The processing of participants’ personal data is conducted in accordance with the **EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)** and Greek legislation.

In the event of technical issues or force majeure, Battlenet reserves the right to cancel or modify the campaign without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Battlenet is not responsible for lost prizes or communications due to inaccurate or outdated information.<\/p>\n
