Offer Validity Period:<\/strong>
\nThe offer is exclusively available at the Battlenet Gaming Stations listed below, for the period from October 1 to October 31. Usage hours must be consumed within the offer\u2019s validity period, and no refunds are provided for unused hours.<\/p>\n

Point Accumulation on BNETGG:<\/strong>
\nPlease note that promotional packages do not accumulate points within the BNETGG rewards system. These offers are standalone and do not affect point collection or related benefits.<\/p>\n

Usage Rights:<\/strong>
\nThe offer is valid only for registered users (members) of Battlenet Gaming Stations. Package usage is restricted to the operating hours of the Battlenet locations, and the offer is available only at the locations specified below.<\/p>\n

Session Duration and Expiry of Offer:<\/strong>
\nThe 4 hours of usage must be consumed in a single session. Once the computer session ends, any unused time automatically expires with no refund or other compensation.<\/p>\n

Appropriate Behavior and Internal Policies:<\/strong>
\nUsers must comply with the store\u2019s internal policies. Any behavior that may endanger the equipment or other customers, such as equipment damage or aggressive conduct, is prohibited. The store reserves the right to exclude any user who does not comply, with no obligation for a refund of unused hours.<\/p>\n

Legal Compliance:<\/strong>
\nThe offer is intended for individuals over the age of 18, or minors with parental consent. Parents\/guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Battlenet fully complies with current laws regarding data protection and the safeguarding of minors.<\/p>\n

Limited Liability:<\/strong>
\nBattlenet is not liable for damages or accidents resulting from improper use of equipment. In the event of technical issues (such as power outages), no compensation is provided for lost time. For products not supplied by Battlenet (such as food), Battlenet holds no responsibility for potential allergic reactions or issues. Each customer is responsible for the consumption of these products.<\/p>\n

Equipment Damage:<\/strong>
\nUsers are responsible for any damages to the equipment. In the event of damage, users are required to repair or replace the equipment within 15 days. Customers are accountable for all repair or replacement costs.<\/p>\n
