These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the promotional action (hereinafter referred to as the “Action”), organized by LANCOM E.P.E.<\/strong>, operating under the distinctive title Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).<\/p>\n

The Action is conducted exclusively through the BNETGG<\/strong> application, owned and managed by the Company.<\/p>\n

1. Duration of the Action<\/h2>\n

The Action will take place during the period announced within the BNETGG application and\/or through the official communication channels of Battlenet.<\/p>\n

The Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Action at any time.<\/p>\n

2. Right to Participate<\/h2>\n

Participation is open to all natural persons who:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • have an active BNETGG account;<\/li>\n
  • are members of Battlenet Gaming Stations;<\/li>\n
  • have reached the minimum age required to maintain a BNETGG account, in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Employees of the Company, as well as partners or subcontractors directly involved in the organization or operation of the Action, are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n

    Participation is personal, non-transferable and carried out exclusively through the participant’s own BNETGG account.<\/p>\n

    3. Gameplay & Rewards<\/h2>\n

    3.1 Rewards<\/h3>\n

    Players may receive rewards including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • LAN Boosters;<\/li>\n
    • Prepaid gaming time;<\/li>\n
    • Promotional rewards;<\/li>\n
    • Physical merchandise;<\/li>\n
    • Other digital or physical prizes announced by the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The available rewards, their quantities and their distribution method may vary throughout the Action and are announced within the BNETGG application or through Battlenet’s official communication channels.<\/p>\n

      3.2 Reward Eligibility<\/h3>\n

      Rewards may be awarded based on criteria including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • score achieved;<\/li>\n
      • leaderboard position;<\/li>\n
      • daily or weekly rankings;<\/li>\n
      • special in-game achievements;<\/li>\n
      • participation in special events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The Company reserves full discretion regarding the reward mechanism applicable to each campaign.<\/p>\n

        3.3 Reward Redemption<\/h3>\n

        Digital rewards are redeemed through the BNETGG application or participating Battlenet Gaming Stations.<\/p>\n

        Physical prizes must be collected from a Battlenet store designated by the Company following communication with the winner, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n

        Shipping of physical prizes is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the Company.<\/p>\n

        Unless otherwise announced, rewards related to gaming time (Prepaid packages, LAN Boosters or similar services) are not valid at Battlenet Komotini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        4. Participation Rules<\/h2>\n

        Each participant may participate an unlimited number of times unless otherwise specified for a particular event or reward.<\/p>\n

        Where a reward is subject to a participation limit (for example one prize per account, per day, per week or per campaign), such limitation will be communicated within the application.<\/p>\n

        Participation, scores, rewards and rankings are strictly linked to the participant’s own account and may not be transferred.<\/p>\n

        The Company may request identity verification before awarding any prize.<\/p>\n

        5. Fair Play<\/h2>\n

        The following practices are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • creation or use of multiple accounts;<\/li>\n
        • use of bots, scripts, macros or automated software;<\/li>\n
        • modification of the application or game files;<\/li>\n
        • exploitation of bugs or unintended game mechanics;<\/li>\n
        • score manipulation;<\/li>\n
        • account sharing;<\/li>\n
        • any fraudulent, abusive or unfair behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Accounts found to have violated these Terms may, at the Company’s sole discretion:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • be disqualified;<\/li>\n
          • have their score reset;<\/li>\n
          • lose any pending rewards;<\/li>\n
          • be excluded from future promotional actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The Company’s decision regarding Fair Play violations shall be final.<\/p>\n

            6. Modification or Cancellation<\/h2>\n

            The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • modify the gameplay;<\/li>\n
            • modify scoring rules;<\/li>\n
            • change available rewards;<\/li>\n
            • replace rewards with others of equal or greater value;<\/li>\n
            • suspend or terminate the Action;<\/li>\n
            • reset rankings if required for technical or operational reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

              The Company shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • temporary unavailability of the application;<\/li>\n
              • internet or connectivity issues;<\/li>\n
              • software or hardware malfunctions;<\/li>\n
              • interruptions caused by maintenance;<\/li>\n
              • technical failures outside its reasonable control;<\/li>\n
              • loss of progress resulting from force majeure events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Participation in the Action is at the participant’s own responsibility.<\/p>\n

                8. Store Disclaimer<\/h2>\n

                The Action is organized exclusively by the Company through the BNETGG application.<\/p>\n

                The individual Battlenet Gaming Stations stores are not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • the operation of the game;<\/li>\n
                • score calculation;<\/li>\n
                • winner selection;<\/li>\n
                • leaderboard rankings;<\/li>\n
                • reward allocation;<\/li>\n
                • technical support relating to the game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. Personal Data<\/h2>\n

                  Personal data collected during the Action will be processed solely for purposes related to:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • participation in the Action;<\/li>\n
                  • score validation;<\/li>\n
                  • winner verification;<\/li>\n
                  • reward redemption;<\/li>\n
                  • communication with participants where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Processing is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p>\n

                    Participants retain all rights granted under applicable data protection laws.<\/p>\n

                    10. Acceptance of the Terms<\/h2>\n

                    Participation in the Battlenet Ninja Action constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n
