1. Subject of the Promotion<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1.1. The promotional campaign \u201cBattlenet Easter Drops\u201d (hereinafter the \u201cPromotion\u201d) is organized by the company operating the Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cOrganizer\u201d).<\/p>\n

1.2. Within the framework of the Promotion, daily promotional rewards are made available via special promo codes, which are published exclusively through Battlenet\u2019s Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n

2. Duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1. The Promotion is valid during the Easter period, on dates announced through Battlenet\u2019s official channels.<\/p>\n

2.2. Each promo code is available for a period of two (2) hours from the time of publication.<\/p>\n

3. Participation Mechanism<\/strong><\/h2>\n

3.1. One (1) promo code is published daily via Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

3.2. Users who wish to benefit must:
\na) locate the promo code within the available time window,
\nb) redeem it through the application (BNETGG),
\nc) visit a Battlenet store to activate it.<\/p>\n

3.3. Promo codes are time-limited and may also be subject to availability per store.<\/p>\n

4. Reward \u2013 Terms of Use<\/strong><\/h2>\n

4.1. The content of each promo code (e.g. LAN hours or LAN Boosters) is determined by the Organizer.<\/p>\n

4.2. Rewards:
\na) are activated through the application and redeemed in-store,
\nb) may require prior purchase (in the case of Boosters),
\nc) are valid only for use on PCs and not on consoles, VR or stage areas, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

4.3. Each user may use one (1) reward per drop, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n

5. Restrictions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

5.1. The Promotion:
\na) is valid exclusively at participating Battlenet Gaming Stations,
\nb) applies to selected stores and does not apply to Battlenet Komotini.<\/p>\n

5.2. Rewards:
\na) are personal and non-transferable, limited to one (1) activation per user,
\nb) cannot be exchanged for money or other products,
\nc) cannot be used outside the defined time frame.<\/p>\n

6. General Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n

6.1. Participation in the Promotion requires an active user account.<\/p>\n

6.2. Users must comply with the store operating rules.<\/p>\n

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to:
\na) modify the Promotion,
\nb) cancel promo codes,
\nc) exclude users in case of abuse,
\nwithout prior notice.<\/p>\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
\na) failure of the user to access the Instagram Story in time,
\nb) loss of a promo code due to time limitation,
\nc) technical issues affecting redemption or activation.<\/p>\n

8. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n
