1. Subject of the Promotion<\/span><\/h2>\n

1.1. This promotional campaign entitled “WIN THE ULTIMATE TEAM LIQUID EXPERIENCE” (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is organized exclusively by LANCOM EPE, which operates the Battlenet Gaming Stations stores (hereinafter “Battlenet” or the “Organizer”). The Monster brand (hereinafter “Monster” or the “Gift Provider”) participates exclusively in its capacity as the provider of the gift and its involvement is limited exclusively to the provision and implementation thereof, in accordance with the specific provisions of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. The Promotion combines:<\/span>
\n<\/span> a) the purchase and activation of specific promotional computer time packages (LAN), and<\/span>
\n<\/span> b) the participation of eligible users in a draw to select the winner or winners of the gift described in these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. Each activation of an eligible LAN package, in accordance with the specific terms of the Promotion, corresponds to one (1) participation in the draw.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4. Battlenet is solely responsible for the organization and commercial implementation of the Event, the recording of entries, the verification of their validity, the conduct of the draw and the process of selecting the winners. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Right to Participate and Exclusion<\/span><\/h2>\n

2.1. The right to participate in the Event is granted to natural persons who:<\/span>
\n<\/span> a) are registered members \/ users of Battlenet Gaming Stations stores<\/span><\/p>\n

b) have an active member account in the relevant system of the Organizer,<\/span>
\n<\/span> c) make a valid purchase and activation of an eligible LAN package during the Event, in accordance with these Terms, and<\/span>
\n<\/span> d) have registered true, complete and updated account information, as long as this is required for their identification and communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. Participation in the Promotion is possible without limitation as to the number of activations per user, in accordance with the specific provisions of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. Minors may participate in the promotional purchase of the relevant packages, in accordance with the operating policy of the Organizer’s stores and the applicable rules regarding minors. However, for the award and use of the prize of the draw, additional conditions may be required, in particular with regard to age, parental consent and\/or the ability to travel, in accordance with what will be defined below.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. Excluded from participation in the Event are:<\/span>
\n<\/span> a) employees of Battlenet,<\/span>
\n<\/span> b) employees of Monster,<\/span>
\n<\/span> c) persons professionally connected with the organization, management, promotion or implementation of the Event, and<\/span>
\n<\/span> d) spouses and first and second degree relatives of the persons referred to in cases a\u2019 to c\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, at any stage of the Activity, a participant who:<\/span>
\n<\/span> a) has declared false, incomplete or inaccurate information,<\/span>
\n<\/span> b) does not meet the conditions for participation,<\/span>
\n<\/span> c) violates these Terms and\/or the internal operating regulations of the stores, or<\/span>
\n<\/span> d) attempts to unfairly influence the participation, registration or winner selection process.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6. In the event of a participant being disqualified, the Organizer may cancel all of his\/her entries, even if he\/she has already been declared a provisional or final winner, without any obligation to pay compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Duration of the Action<\/span><\/h2>\n

3.1. The Action will be implemented in two (2) distinctas phases of gathering participation through Monster LAN promotional packages.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2. The first phase of the Energy (hereinafter referred to as “Phase A”) is set for the period from 01\/04\/2026 to 30\/04\/2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3. The second phase of the Energy (hereinafter referred to as “Phase B”) will be announced by the Organizer at a later date, with relevant information on its official communication channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.4. The entries collected during Phase A\u2019 and Phase B\u2019 are cumulative and will be taken into account together for the final draw.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.5. The date of the draw and the date of the announcement of the winner or winners will be announced by the Organizer after the completion of Phase B\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right, at its reasonable business discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, postpone or revoke the duration of the Action or any phase thereof, by relevant announcement through its official channels. Any such change will be effective from its publication, unless otherwise specified in the announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.7. After the end of each phase, no new activation will be taken into account for that specific phase, unless expressly announced otherwise by the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Method and Procedure of Participation<\/span><\/h2>\n

4.1. Participation in the Action is obtained exclusively through the purchase and activation of the eligible promotional LAN packages that the Organizer will define within the framework of the Action.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. Specifically for Phase A, the eligible package has the following characteristics:<\/span>
\n<\/span> a) duration of use five (5) hours LAN,<\/span>
\n<\/span> b) purchase price seven euros and fifty minutes (\u20ac7.50),<\/span>
\n<\/span> c) possibility of purchase and activation from 01\/04\/2026 to 30\/04\/2026,<\/span>
\n<\/span> d) possibility of purchase throughout the operation of each store,<\/span>
\n<\/span> e) possibility of unlimited activations per user,<\/span>
\n<\/span> f) activation exclusively for registered users \/ members,<\/span>
\n<\/span> g) validity on all computers of participating stores, excluding Stage locations.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to announce at a later time the characteristics of the eligible package that will apply to Phase B.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4. Each (1) valid activation of an eligible package corresponds to one (1) entry into the draw. In case of multiple activations by the same user, each activation is recorded as a separate entry.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.5. The Promotion is valid at Battlenet Gaming Stations participating in the Promotion, excluding the following stores:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Skopje<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Larnaca<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sofia<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Tirana<\/span><\/li>\n
  • as well as any additional stores that may be excluded by subsequent announcement by the Organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4.6. The offer packages:<\/span>
    \n<\/span> a) do not award points or other benefits in the Organizer’s loyalty system,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> b) do not affect the collection of points, rewards or related privileges of other programs, and<\/span>
    \n<\/span> c) operate as a self-contained and independent promotional action.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.7. The hours of use of each package must be consumed within one (1) session. Any unused time after the end or completion of the session is automatically lost, without the possibility of transfer, storage, refund or compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.8. Users are obligedto fully comply with the internal operating regulations of the stores, the instructions of the staff and the rules for the correct and safe use of the equipment. Any behavior that may endanger the equipment, safety, the proper functioning of the store or the rights and experience of other users is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.9. In case of violation of the above, the Organizer reserves the right to interrupt the session, remove the user from the store, cancel his participation in the Action and\/or exclude the user from future actions, without any obligation to refund money or pay compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Validity of Participation<\/span><\/h2>\n

    5.1. Valid participation is understood to mean any participation for which all of the following conditions are met:<\/span>
    \n<\/span> a) the participant meets the conditions of Condition 2,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> b) the participation has been acquired within the time period of the respective phase of the Energy,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> c) the participation has resulted from an actual, complete and valid purchase and activation of an eligible LAN package, in accordance with Condition 4,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> d) the participation has been correctly recorded in the systems of the Organizer, and<\/span>
    \n<\/span> e) the participation is not the product of technical alteration, abusive behavior, fraud or unauthorized intervention.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.2. The Organizer is entitled to check the validity of any participation at any time and to request, if necessary, additional identification or confirmation information.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.3. Participations that do not comply with these Terms are considered automatically invalid and do not produce any result, even if their invalidity has not been immediately established.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.4. The keeping of the participation details in the Organizer’s electronic systems constitutes full proof of the number and validity of the entries, unless proven otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Method of Selecting a Winner<\/span><\/h2>\n

    6.1. After the completion of Phase B’ of the Activity, the Organizer will proceed to an electronic draw among all valid entries collected during Phase A’ and Phase B’.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.2. Only valid entries, as defined in Clause 5 hereof, will participate in the draw.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.3. The draw will select at least one (1) main winner of the Energy prize, as well as alternate winners, in order of selection, in a number to be determined by the Organizer at its reasonable discretion, in the event of the inability or refusal to accept the prize by the main winner.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.4. The exact date of the draw, as well as the time of announcement of its results, will be announced by the Organizer through its official communication channels after the completion of Phase B.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to use an electronic or other appropriate random selection system to select the winner and his\/her alternates, provided that the procedure ensures the impartiality and integrity of the draw.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.6. The Organizer reserves the right to check, before the final award of the prize, whether the selected winner meets all the conditions for participation and acceptance of the prize in accordance with these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.7. In the event that it is determined, at any stage, that a participation or participant does not meet the legal or contractual conditions for participation or acceptance of the prize, the Organizer is entitled to cancel the specific participation and\/or exclude the participant from the Event, even if a winner or alternate has already been selected.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Notification of Award \u2013 Acceptance of Prize \u2013 Alternate Winner<\/span><\/h2>\n

    7.1. The winner will be notified by the Organizer by any appropriate means of communication that has been declared in his\/her member account, including by telephone, e-mail and\/or any other method that the Organizer deems appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7.2. For the final awardof the prize, the winner must, within the deadline notified by the Organizer, to:<\/span>
    \n<\/span> a) respond to the Organizer’s communication,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> b) confirm that he accepts the prize,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> c) provide or send all the required identification and contact information, and<\/span>
    \n<\/span> d) prove, if requested, that he meets the conditions for participation and use of the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7.3. In particular, the winner may be asked to provide or send to the Organizer and\/or, if required for the implementation of the gift, to Monster, information such as, but not limited to:<\/span>
    \n<\/span> a) name,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> b) date of birth,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> c) ID card or passport number,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> d) contact information,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> e) travel document details,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> f) any additional information necessary for reservations, ticketing, accommodation or other benefits associated with the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7.4. The winner’s failure to respond in a timely, complete and valid manner, refusal to accept the prize, inability to identify him, failure to meet the conditions of these Terms or inability to travel for reasons relating to his person, shall result in the final loss of his right to the prize, without any claim against the Organizer and\/or Monster.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7.5. In the cases of the previous condition, the Organizer is entitled to invite, in order of selection, the first alternate winner and, in case of non-acceptance or non-fulfillment of the conditions by him, the next alternate, and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7.6. If it is not possible to award the prize to a main or alternate winner, the Organizer may decide, at its reasonable discretion and in consultation with Monster, either not to award the prize or to repeat the selection process, if this is possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8. Prize<\/span><\/h2>\n

    8.1. The Energy gift consists of a travel experience in the Netherlands under the title \u201cULTIMATE TEAM LIQUID EXPERIENCE\u201d, which, at the time of drafting these Terms, includes the following:<\/span>
    \n<\/span> a) return airfare,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> b) hotel accommodation,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> c) a total duration of four (4) days \/ three (3) nights in the Netherlands,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> d) planning within a period from September 1 to 31 October,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> e) access to Team Liquid offices \/ headquarters,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> f) opportunity to meet with Team Liquid players, subject to the approval, availability and discretion of Monster and\/or Team Liquid,<\/span>
    \n<\/span> g) participation in or access to a Monster activity, subject to Monster’s discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8.2. The exact content, dates, other details and specific terms of the implementation of the gift may depend on availability factors, business planning, collaborations with third parties and other reasonable parameters related to the implementation of the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8.3. The gift is strictly personal, is not transferred to third parties, is not exchanged for money, is not redeemed and is not replaced at the winner’s request with another gift or benefit, unless otherwise decided by Monster and\/or the Organizer for reasons of objective impossibility of its implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8.4. Any costs, taxes, fees, charges or expenses not expressly mentioned in these Terms as included in the gift, are borne by the winner.the winner.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8.5. The Organizer and\/or Monster reserve the right, if necessary for reasons of availability, security, functionality, compliance with third party requirements or other reasonable reasons, to modify individual elements of the gift, provided that its basic character is not substantially altered.<\/span><\/p>\n

    9. Role of Battlenet and Monster<\/span><\/h2>\n

    9.1. The exclusive organizer of the Energy is Battlenet.<\/span><\/p>\n

    9.2. Battlenet is solely responsible for:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    a) the planning, organization and communication of the Event to the public,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    b) the commercial distribution of eligible packages through participating stores,<\/span><\/p>\n

    c) the collection, recording, verification and validity control of entries,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    d) the conduct of the draw and the selection of the main and alternate winners, in accordance with these Terms, and\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    e) the initial communication and identification process of the winners. <\/span><\/p>\n

    9.3. Monster is not an organizer or co-organizer of the Event. Its participation is limited solely to the capacity of the provider of the gift and its involvement is limited solely to the provision and implementation thereof, in accordance with these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

    9.4. Monster is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

    a) the provision of the gift,<\/span><\/p>\n

    b) the definition, confirmation and implementation of the individual elements of the travel and experiential provision, and<\/span><\/p>\n

    c) the cooperation with any third-party providers, partners or organizations related to the realization of the gift. <\/span><\/p>\n

    9.5. The individual elements of the prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, activities, access to facilities and the possibility of meeting with individuals or groups, are subject to the availability, approval and discretion of Monster and, where applicable, its third-party partners involved. <\/span><\/p>\n

    9.6. Monster’s participation in the Promotion is limited exclusively to the role of the provider of the prize and to the receipt of the winners’ absolutely necessary information for its implementation, in accordance with the article on personal data and the rest of these Terms. Apart from the above, no other involvement or responsibility is assumed in relation to the organization, operation or management of the Promotion.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10. Conditions of Acceptance and Implementation of the Trip<\/span><\/h2>\n

    10.1. In order to accept and utilize the prize, the winner must meet all conditions set by Battlenet, as well as reasonable conditions related to the practical implementation of the prize by Monster and any third-party providers involved in the implementation of the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10.2. The winner must have, under his or her sole care and responsibility, all necessary and valid travel documents, including, where required, an identity card, passport, permits, approvals, visas or any other supporting document required for the trip and participation in the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10.3. The inability to travel due to lack, expiration, inaccuracy or non-acceptance of the necessary travel documents, or due to refusal or restriction of entry by competent authorities, does not give rise to any liability of Battlenet or Monster and entails loss of the prize without the right to compensation or replacement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10.4. The winner is obliged to comply with all transport, hospitality, safety, conduct and participation conditions imposed by Monster, travel providers, hotels, Team Liquid or any other entity associated with the implementation of the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10.5. In the event that the winner materially violates the above terms or exhibits behavior that is deemed dangerous, inappropriate, illegal or contrary to the rules of safety and proper conduct of the experience, Battlenet and\/or Monster reserve the right to cancel or terminate his\/her participation in the prize, without any obligation to refund, compensate or replace.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10.6. If the winner is a minor, the awarding and use of the prize is subject to its permissibility according to theby law, as well as any required written consent or parental\/guardian accompaniment or any additional conditions that may be imposed by the Organizer, Monster or third party providers. In the event that such conditions are not met, the winner’s participation may be cancelled and an alternate winner may be selected.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11. Release and Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n

    11.1. Battlenet and Monster are not responsible for incidents, delays, changes, cancellations or inability to perform the Action and\/or the gift due to reasons beyond their reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, technical problems, system outages, connectivity problems, government acts or restrictions, strikes, route cancellations, acts or omissions of third-party providers, force majeure events, security reasons or other emergencies.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11.2.<\/b> Battlenet is not responsible for the actual execution of the individual benefits that make up the gift, to the extent that they are implemented by Monster and\/or its third-party partners. Monster, in its capacity solely as a provider of the prize, is not responsible for the organization, operation, management or promotion of the Event, nor for the correct recording of entries or the selection of winners, to the extent that these actions are carried out exclusively by Battlenet.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11.3. Battlenet and Monster are not responsible for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, moral damage or any other claim of a participant or winner, directly or indirectly related to participation in the Event, the inability to participate, the cancellation or modification of the prize details or its use, unless otherwise required by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11.4. The participants and the winner accept that their participation in the Activity and, where applicable, the acceptance and use of the prize, are carried out at their own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11.5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person who attempts to tamper with the participation or winner selection process, to act in violation of these Terms or to unfairly, technically or abusively influence the proper functioning of the Activity, and to reserve any legal right to recover any damage suffered.<\/span><\/p>\n

    12. Personal Data<\/span><\/h2>\n

    12.1. For participation in the Event, the Organizer may collect and process personal data of participants, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • name and surname,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • contact details (telephone, e-mail),<\/span><\/li>\n
    • member account details,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • as well as, in the case of a winner, identification and travel details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      12.2. The above data is processed:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      a) for the purposes of implementing the Action,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      b) identifying the participants and winners,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      c) communicating with them,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      d) as well as, especially for the winners, for the transmission of their absolutely necessary information e) to Monster, exclusively for the purposes of implementing and executing the gift.<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.3. The legal basis for processing is:<\/span>
      \n<\/span> a) the execution of the contractual relationship created by participation in the Event, and<\/span>
      \n<\/span> b) compliance with the Organizer’s legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.4. Personal data may be disclosed:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      a) to Monster, exclusively as the provider of the prize and only to the extent necessary for its implementation in relation to the winners,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      b) to cooperating service providers of Battlenet and\/or Monster (indicatively: travel agencies, IT providers, transport companies)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.5 It is expressly clarified that, after the winner has been selected and accepted the prize, Battlenet may transmit to Monster the absolutelynecessary personal data of the winner, in order to make the organization, reservation, confirmation and general implementation of the prize possible. This transfer is strictly limited to the data that is necessary for the above purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      12.5. In the event of data transfer outside the European Economic Area, the Organizer and\/or Monster ensure the existence of appropriate guarantees in accordance with the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.6. The data is kept for a period of time strictly necessary for the completion of the Action and compliance with legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized.<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.7. Participants have the rights:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • access,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • correction,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • erasure,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • restriction of processing,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • objection,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • portability,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        in accordance with the GDPR, and can exercise them by contacting the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        13. General Terms \u2013 Modification \u2013 Cancellation<\/span><\/h2>\n

        13.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Action, at any time and for any reasonable reason, in particular in the event of:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • technical problems or malfunctions,<\/span><\/li>\n
        • fraud or abusive behavior,<\/span><\/li>\n
        • force majeure events,<\/span><\/li>\n
        • interferences affecting the integrity of the Event.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          13.2. Any modification will be announced through the official channels of the Organizer and will be effective from its publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

          13.3. The Organizer reserves the right:<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • to modify the characteristics of the gift,<\/span><\/li>\n
          • to replace the gift with another of equal value,<\/span>
            \n<\/span>in consultation with Monster, if this becomes necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            13.4. Any attempt by a participant to unfairly influence the operation of the Event may lead to his\/her exclusion and the exercise of any legal right of the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

            13.5. The Organizer’s failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n

            14. Publicity \u2013 Use of Winner’s Information<\/span><\/h2>\n

            14.1. The winner accepts that the Organizer and Monster may use:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • the name,<\/span><\/li>\n
            • the image,<\/span><\/li>\n
            • the voice,<\/span><\/li>\n
            • and any audiovisual material<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              related to the participation and\/or the use of the gift, for purposes of promotion, advertising and promotion of the Activity and\/or the collaborating companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

              14.2. The above use may be carried out in any medium (indicatively: social media, websites, video content, stores) without time limit and without payment of any fee or compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

              15. Applicable Law \u2013 Jurisdiction<\/span><\/h2>\n

              15.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

              15.2. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the Action or the application of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Organizer’s registered office.<\/span><\/p>\n

              16. Acceptance of the Terms<\/span><\/h2>\n

              16.1. Participation in the Promotion implies full, express and unconditional acceptance of all these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

              16.2. Participants waive, to the extent permitted by law, any claim against the Organizer and\/or Monster related to their participation in the Promotion and\/or the use of the prize, except in cases of mandatory liability by law.<\/span><\/p>\n
