1.1. This promotional campaign (hereinafter the \u201cCampaign\u201d) is organized by the company operating Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cOrganizer\u201d or \u201cBattlenet\u201d), in collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cPartner\u201d).<\/p>\n 1.2. Within the framework of the Campaign, eligible users are granted special benefits in the form of LAN Boosters of thirty (30) minutes or one (1) hour duration<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cBenefits\u201d or \u201cBoosters\u201d), which are applied as additional gaming time<\/strong> to an already active or purchased LAN session.<\/p>\n 1.3. The Benefits provided under the Campaign do not constitute a standalone product or service<\/strong> and cannot be used independently. They function exclusively as supplementary free gaming time<\/strong> added to an eligible LAN usage.<\/p>\n 1.4. The Campaign does not constitute a lottery, sweepstake, or competition, but a promotional offer governed solely by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the \u201cTerms\u201d).<\/p>\n 1.5. The Campaign is available exclusively in stores within the Greek territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1. Participation in the Campaign is open to natural persons who: 2.2. Having a registered user account at Battlenet is a mandatory requirement<\/strong> for redemption and use of the Benefits.<\/p>\n 2.3. Participation in the Campaign is free of charge in relation to the Booster; however, its use requires that the user has already purchased or activated an eligible LAN service to which the additional time will be applied.<\/p>\n 2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to request, at any time, identification or proof of eligibility, including but not limited to a benefits card<\/strong>, student verification, or any equivalent supporting document.<\/p>\n \n 3.1. The Campaign shall be valid for the period announced by Battlenet and\/or the Partner through their official communication channels.<\/p>\n 3.2. Unless otherwise stated, each eligible user may redeem the Campaign up to twelve (12) times in total<\/strong>, corresponding to one (1) redemption per calendar month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3.3. Any unused monthly redemption does not carry over<\/strong> to subsequent months unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n 3.4. After the expiration of the Campaign or the relevant redemption period, no codes shall remain valid, even if unused.<\/p>\n 4.1. The Benefits are distributed via unique personal codes<\/strong>, issued within the context of the collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers.<\/p>\n 4.2. Codes may be redeemed: 4.3. Battlenet may require presentation of a benefits card<\/strong> or other valid identification to verify eligibility prior to redemption.<\/p>\n 5.1. The Benefits consist exclusively of additional gaming time<\/strong> and do not constitute an independent product or service.<\/p>\n 5.2. The Benefits may only be used in conjunction with an active or newly purchased eligible LAN session.<\/p>\n 5.3. The Benefits are valid exclusively: 5.4. The Benefits: 5.5. The free gaming time is added only to an active or eligible LAN session, subject to system limitations.<\/p>\n2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n
\na) are students and\/or beneficiaries of the collaboration with Poukamisas Learning Centers, as defined by the Partner,
b) have received a valid, authentic, and unused unique redemption code (unique code),
c) have or create a valid user account at Battlenet Gaming Stations, and
d) comply with the operating rules of Battlenet stores and these Terms.<\/p>\n3. Campaign Duration<\/h2>\n
4. Code Distribution and Redemption<\/h2>\n
\na) through the BNETGG platform\/app<\/strong>, where technically available, and\/or
b) via direct entry into the Cafe Pro system<\/strong> by store staff or any other method designated by Battlenet.<\/p>\n
\na) is unique<\/strong>,
b) is personal<\/strong>,
c) is non-transferable<\/strong>,
d) may only be used by the intended recipient, and
e) may be redeemed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n
\na) the code has already been used,
b) the code has expired,
c) the code is invalid or not issued through official channels,
d) the user cannot be properly identified as the legitimate recipient, or
e) there are indications of misuse, fraud, or unauthorized use.<\/p>\n5. Nature and Limitations of Benefits<\/h2>\n
\na) on PC stations<\/strong>,
b) within Normal Areas<\/strong> and Extreme Areas<\/strong>, where available,
c) and are not valid for Stage areas<\/strong>, consoles, sim racing setups, VR stations, or any non-PC equipment.<\/p>\n
\na) cannot be exchanged for cash,
b) cannot be replaced with another product or service,
c) are non-refundable,
d) cannot be resold, transferred, or assigned, and
