1. Organizer<\/h3>\n

The organizer of the promotional action is Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter the \u201cOrganizer\u201d), through its participating stores in Greece.<\/p>\n

2. Promotional Item<\/h3>\n

The promotion concerns the provision of a game package with the following terms:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Package Content:<\/strong> 5 hours of LAN<\/strong> (gaming time) for use in Normal & Extreme area PCs (explicitly not<\/strong> on Stage PCs<\/strong>) and 1x Red Bull Tropical (yellow)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Package cost:<\/strong> \u20ac7.5<\/strong> per activation\/purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Application Points:<\/strong> The purchase\/activation of the package does not award points<\/strong> in the application\/loyalty program.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Duration \u2013 Activation Period<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      The promotion is valid for activations from 02\/02\/2026<\/strong> to 01\/03\/2026<\/strong>, and\/or while supplies last<\/strong> (where applicable).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Outside of the above period, it is not possible to activate the package.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Right to Participate \u2013 Conditions<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Only users\/members (registered in the system\/store) have the right to activate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        There is no age restriction<\/strong> for activating\/purchasing the package, subject to any store policies and applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        unlimited activations per user<\/strong> are allowed during the action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. How to Purchase \u2013 Availability (24\/7)<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • \n

          The package is available for purchase\/activation 24\/7<\/strong>, where supported<\/strong> by the participating store (e.g. 24-hour stores and\/or based on the store’s operating hours\/procedures).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          The availability of the accompanying product (Red Bull Tropical<\/strong>) depends on the store’s stocks. In case of exhaustion, the Organizer\/store reserves the right to complete the provision according to availability, provided that this is provided for by the procurement guide\/internal instructions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Usage Restrictions<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • \n

            The 5 hours of LAN<\/strong> concern exclusively use in Normal & Extreme PCs and do not<\/strong> apply to Stage PCs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            The package is intended for personal use<\/strong> of the member who activated it and is not redeemable for money.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            7. Geographical Restrictions \u2013 Excluded Stores<\/h3>\n

            The action is valid exclusively at participating stores within Greece<\/strong> and not valid<\/strong> in the following:<\/p>\n

              Skopje, Larnaca, Sofia, Tirana<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              N. Smyrni, Palaio Faliro<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              8. Compatibility \u2013 Other Restrictions<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • \n

                The package does not award points in the application\/loyalty program.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                The Organizer may exclude malicious\/abusive use that alters the purpose of the promotional action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                9. Modification \u2013 Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

                The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend and\/or discontinue the action for an important reason (indicatively: technical issues, stock availability, compliance reasons), with corresponding information through the official channels\/stores.<\/p>\n

                10. Applicable Law \u2013 Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n
