1. Organizer \u2013 Partners<\/h3>\n

    The organizer of this promotional campaign is Battlenet Gaming Stations<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cBattlenetGS<\/strong>\u201d), through the participating stores listed below.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    UniStudents<\/strong> acts as a cooperating platform for displaying\/issuing the benefits and distributing the codes to eligible users (hereinafter \u201cUniStudents<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    This campaign provides digital benefits (prepaid time and LAN boosters) and is governed by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Definitions<\/h3>\n

    For the purposes of these Terms:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      User\/Member<\/strong>: a natural person who holds an active UniStudents account and completes registration\/verification at a participating BattlenetGS store, as required for redemption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Code<\/strong>: a unique, personal code issued via UniStudents, redeemable only at participating BattlenetGS stores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      5-hour Prepaid Time<\/strong>: credit of 5 hours of prepaid gaming time, with no prior purchase required<\/strong>, limited to one (1) activation per user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1-hour LAN Booster<\/strong>: a code that adds one (1) hour<\/strong> as an automatic continuation\/add-on<\/strong> to the user\u2019s gaming time and requires a prior purchase\/active time<\/strong> (it is not a standalone free entry), limited to two (2) activations per user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Eligibility \u2013 Mandatory Requirements<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. \n

        Participation is available exclusively to UniStudents users\/members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Redemption of any code requires registration and\/or verification<\/strong> at the participating BattlenetGS store, in accordance with the store\u2019s procedures (e.g., account creation, identity\/account matching).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        There is no age restriction<\/strong> for obtaining the codes. However, the use of in-store services remains subject to each store\u2019s operating rules and any applicable rules regarding minors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Availability Period \u2013 Expiration<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. \n

          Codes may be obtained via UniStudents from 15\/01\/2026 to 15\/03\/2026<\/strong> (the \u201cCampaign Period\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. \n

          Each code (both 5-hour Prepaid and 1-hour Booster) expires one (1) month after the date it is obtained\/issued<\/strong> via UniStudents. Example: a code obtained on 15\/03\/2026<\/strong> expires on 15\/04\/2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. \n

          After expiration, the code becomes automatically void and is not replaced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          5. Benefits \u2013 Strict Usage Limits (No Exceptions)<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. \n

            Each user is entitled strictly and without any exception to:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              one (1) activation<\/strong> of the 5-hour Prepaid Time<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              two (2) activations<\/strong> of the 1-hour LAN Booster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Any attempt to exceed these limits (e.g., multiple accounts, re-issuance attempts, circumvention) may result in cancellation of benefits and denial of redemption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6. Personal Nature of Codes \u2013 Non-Transferable<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. \n

                All codes are strictly personal<\/strong>, unique, and tied to the user who obtained them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              2. \n

                Transfer, sale, gifting, exchange, sharing, or disclosure<\/strong> of codes to third parties is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              3. \n

                If transfer or attempted transfer\/circumvention is detected, BattlenetGS may:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • \n

                  void the code(s),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  refuse redemption, and\/or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  exclude the user from the campaign, without any compensation obligation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7. Redemption Rules \u2013 Technical\/Operational Conditions<\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  1. \n

                    Redemption is performed only in person<\/strong> at a participating BattlenetGS store<\/strong> (see Section 10).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  2. \n

                    Redemption applies to Normal & Extreme area PCs<\/strong>, excluding Stage PCs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  3. \n

                    Redemption is possible 24\/7<\/strong>, subject to each store\u2019s operating hours and availability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  4. \n

                    The 5-hour Prepaid Time<\/strong> does not<\/strong> require a prior purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  5. \n

                    The 1-hour LAN Booster<\/strong> requires a prior purchase\/active time and operates only as an add-on\/continuation<\/strong>. If the requirement is not met at the time of redemption, the code cannot be redeemed then and remains available until its expiration, provided there is no abusive use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    8. Capacity\/Availability \u2013 No Cash Value<\/h3>\n
                      \n
                    1. \n

                      Benefits are not exchangeable for cash<\/strong>, non-refundable, and not convertible into monetary value or other compensation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    2. \n

                      If a store is at full capacity or there is a waiting list, service is provided subject to availability and the store\u2019s queue\/priority rules. Full capacity does not<\/strong> entitle the user to an extension of the code\u2019s expiration or any compensation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      9. Bans\/Exclusion \u2013 \u201cBan Means Ban\u201d<\/h3>\n
                        \n
                      1. \n

                        Possession of a code does not<\/strong> override or remove any store-imposed exclusion\/ban previously applied for any reason (including, indicatively, misconduct, rule violations, damages, harassment).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      2. \n

                        BattlenetGS and the participating stores reserve the right to:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • \n

                          refuse entry and\/or service,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          immediately terminate usage,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          cancel campaign benefits,
                          if the user violates rules of conduct, safety, order, or store policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          10. Liability for Damages \u2013 Equipment\/Facilities<\/h3>\n
                            \n
                          1. \n

                            Users must use all equipment and facilities with due care.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          2. \n

                            In case of damage to equipment or premises (intentional or due to gross negligence), the user is obliged to repair\/compensate<\/strong> the store according to applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          3. \n

                            Redeeming a code does not create immunity or limit the store\u2019s rights\/claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            11. Third-Party Issues \u2013 No Time Replacement<\/h3>\n
                              \n
                            1. \n

                              BattlenetGS is not liable for interruptions or degraded service caused by third parties or external factors, including indicatively:<\/p>\n

                                \n
                              • \n

                                internet service providers,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                third-party game platforms\/servers\/services (e.g., Steam, Riot, etc.),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                power outages or network failures beyond the store\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                In such cases, time is not replenished<\/strong> and users must contact the relevant third-party provider\/platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                Any goodwill support offered (if any) is discretionary and does not constitute an obligation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                12. Modification\/Suspension\/Termination<\/h3>\n
                                  \n
                                1. \n

                                  BattlenetGS may modify these Terms, suspend, or terminate the campaign for a serious reason (including, indicatively, technical issues, fraud\/abuse, regulatory requirements), with notice via official channels and\/or UniStudents where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                2. \n

                                  Modifications will not affect benefits already lawfully obtained and not expired, unless required to address fraud\/abuse or legal compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  13. Personal Data<\/h3>\n
                                    \n
                                  1. \n

                                    For campaign implementation, personal data may be processed (indicatively: account details, redemption status, code validation) solely for redemption, limit control, and abuse prevention.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  2. \n

                                    BattlenetGS and UniStudents will process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), with roles (controller\/processor) determined as required per case.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  3. \n

                                    Users may exercise their data protection rights according to the privacy policies of the respective parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    14. Governing Law \u2013 Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n
                                      \n
                                    1. \n

                                      These Terms are governed by Greek law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                    2. \n

                                      Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the organizer\u2019s seat, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
