Terms & Conditions – Promotional Offer “KitKat LAN March 2026”

The promotional campaign titled “KitKat LAN March 2026” (hereinafter the “Promotion”)
provides a special LAN usage package and is governed by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Organizer

The Promotion is organized by Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

2. Promotion Description

  • A special LAN package of three (3) hours usage is offered.
  • Package price: €6 per activation.
  • The offer applies exclusively to the KitKat LAN March 2026 package.

3. Promotion Period

  • Purchase and activation period: 01/03/2026 – 31/03/2026.
  • The package may be purchased and activated throughout the entire operating hours of each participating store.

4. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is available exclusively to registered Battlenet members/users.
  • No age restriction applies, provided that store policies and applicable minor protection regulations are respected.

5. Usage & Restrictions

  • Unlimited activations per user are allowed during the Promotion period.
  • The package can be activated only on:
    • Normal Area PCs
    • Extreme Area PCs
  • The offer applies to all eligible stations including kids/standard areas where applicable, and excludes Stage or premium areas.
  • The Promotion is not valid for Stage setups or equivalent premium zones.

6. Participating Stores

The Promotion is valid at all Battlenet Gaming Stations except the following locations:

  • BNET Skopje
  • BNET Sofia
  • BNET Tirana
  • BNET Larnaca
  • BNET Naousa
  • BNET Oreokastro
  • BNET Chaidari

7. Nature of the Offer

  • This Promotion constitutes a limited-time commercial offer.
  • The package cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Once activated or used, the package is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Modification or Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons,
including technical or operational requirements. Any changes will be communicated through official Battlenet channels.

9. Acceptance of Terms

The purchase and/or activation of the package constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
