Terms & Conditions – Black Friday 2024

This offer applies to all users of the BNETGG application and is valid exclusively on Friday, November 29, 2024, under the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Description

Users of the BNETGG application can obtain 3 hours of free LAN booster. The offer is valid only as an extension of an active LAN or Prepaid package and cannot be used independently.

2. Eligibility

Users must have installed the BNETGG application before November 29, 2024, at 00:01. The code is personal, unique, and valid for one (1) activation per person.

3. Activation Period

The activation of the offer can only take place on November 29, 2024, and cannot be transferred to another date. Any attempt to activate the offer beyond this date will not be valid, even if the code remains unused.

4. Offer Restrictions

The offer is valid at all BattlenetGS locations except the following stores:

  • Battlenet 3D Oreokastro
  • Battlenet Grevena
  • Battlenet Piraeus

Activating the 3 free hours requires the presence of an active LAN booster or Prepaid package.

5. Usage Restrictions

The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. Users must follow the procedures outlined for activating the offer.

6. Legal Protection and Disclaimer

Battlenet reserves the right to revoke, modify, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice, as necessary for technical, legal, or business reasons. Battlenet assumes no responsibility for any technical issues or malfunctions of the BNETGG application that may affect participation in the offer.

7. Compliance with Ethical Code

The offer complies with the Code of Ethics for Price Reduction Announcements of the Hellenic Republic. The 3 hours of LAN booster are offered as an additional privilege and do not constitute a price reduction for any service or product.

8. Data Protection

Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Battlenet’s Privacy Policy, available on the official website. Battlenet commits not to share data with third parties without users’ explicit consent, unless required by law.

10. General Provisions

Battlenet reserves the right to exclude users from the offer in cases of:

  • Violation of the application’s terms of use.

Proper Conduct and Internal Regulations

Users of the offer are required to fully comply with the internal operating regulations of Battlenet stores. Any behavior that may endanger the safety of equipment or other users is prohibited. In case of violation of the rules, the company reserves the right to remove the violator and terminate the provision of the service without refund, in accordance with Article 281 of the Civil Code.

Legal Compliance

The offer is valid exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age or minors with written consent from their legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors, as per Article 1510 of the Civil Code. The company fully complies with the applicable data protection legislation, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).

Limited Liability

Battlenet is not liable for any damages or accidents resulting from improper use of equipment by users. In the event of technical issues, such as power outages, no compensation will be provided for lost usage time, as per Article 388 of the Civil Code. The company is not responsible for allergic reactions or other health issues arising from products not produced by it (e.g., third-party food and beverages).

Equipment Damage

Users are responsible for any damage caused to store equipment during their session. In case of damage, users are required to cover the cost of repairs or replacements within 15 days, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the promotional package, users unconditionally accept the above terms and conditions, in accordance with Article 361 of the Civil Code on freedom of contracts.

The present terms are governed by Greek law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
