The promotional action called “Back 2 School 2H LAN 2025” (hereinafter the “Offer”) is provided by the affiliated stores of the Battlenet Gaming Stations network (hereinafter the “Provider”) and is governed by the following terms and conditions, which bind each user who chooses to benefit from it.

1. Validity Period

The possibility of purchasing the Offer is valid exclusively for the period 15/09/2025 – 30/09/2025.

After the end of the period, there is no possibility of purchasing or activating it.

2. Right to Participate

The Offer is available exclusively to registered members/users under 18 years of age of the Battlenet Gaming Stations network.

The Provider reserves the right to request proof of identity/age.

The Offer is implemented in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Minors (No. 36126/2025) and any relevant legislation governing the protection of minors in digital games and entertainment services.

3. Activation Points

The Offer is valid at all Battlenet Gaming Stations stores, except Battlenet Elassona.

4. Activation Terms

Valid Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Possibility of 1 activation per user per week.

Activation is valid only for the user who performs it and is not transferable.

Activation can be done on all Normal Area PCs and Extreme PCs, except Arenas PCs.

6. Other Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the Offer early without prior notice.

In the event of damage, technical problem or unavailability of equipment, the Offer may be suspended or unavailable without any obligation to compensate.

Resale, exchange or redemption for cash is not permitted.

7. Applicable Law

The Offer is governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Thessaloniki are competent for any dispute.
