These terms have been drafted with the aim of complying with the law, protecting the rights of the Company and facilitating users.

Please read the following terms carefully, as the use of both the website and the application implies full acceptance of them.

The terms of the BNETGG application are presented in a separate section for better understanding by users.

  • This website www.battlenet.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) belongs to the company with the name “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” and the distinctive title “Battlenet Gaming Stations” (hereinafter “Company”, “We” ).
  • The use of the Website and the services offered through it are governed by the following terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between the Company and each visitor or user. Please read these terms carefully before accessing and using the Website.
  • By accessing and using the Website and/or the Company’s services, you accept and are bound by these terms.
  • If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website and the Company’s services.

These terms are governed by Greek Law and any dispute will be resolved by the Courts of Thessaloniki.

BNETGG APPLICATION

  • The BNETGG application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application” or “BNETGG”) is the property of the company with the name “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” and the distinctive title “Battlenet Gaming Stations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “BNETGG”).
  • The use of the Application, as well as any service provided through it, is subject to these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between the Company and each user. Please carefully study the terms before registering or using the Application.
  • By accessing or using the Application, you expressly declare that you fully and unreservedly accept these terms.
  • In case you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not proceed with using the Application or the services provided through it.

 

Limited License

“BNETGG” grants you, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws and regulations, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right to access, use and display this application and its content.

This license does not constitute a transfer of title to the application and its content and is subject to the following restrictions:

  • you must retain on all copies of the application and its content all copyright and other proprietary notices and
  • you may not modify the application and its content in any way or reproduce or publicly display, or distribute or otherwise use the application and its content for any public or commercial purpose, except as otherwise permitted herein.

 

Changes

“BNETGG” reserves the right to change or modify the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the application at any time.
Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions to the terms and conditions of use will be effective immediately upon notification thereof, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting new terms and conditions on the application.

Any use of the application following such change or modification shall be deemed to constitute your unconditional acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions.

“BNETGG” may, at any time, terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any individual function of this application including the availability, presentation photo or description of any product or service.

 

Limitation of Liability

“BNETGG”, its employees, or other representatives, shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special damages or expenses or monetary penalties, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or data, or loss of goodwill, loss or damage to property, and any third party claims arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of this application or its contents or any other linked website, regardless of whether “BNETGG” was informed, knew or should have known of this possibility.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” bears no responsibility for the use of the application by minors, for whose supervision their legal guardians are exclusively responsible.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” bears no responsibility for the content of the linked websites on “BNETGG”. Their use is at the personal responsibility of the user.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” does not audit and bears no responsibility for the stores listed in this application. Compliance with the legislation on catering is the sole responsibility of the stores and “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” bears no responsibility for this.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” tries to ensure that the information contained in this application is always accurate and up-to-date. This information is provided based on the good faith belief of “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” that it is accurate and is not provided based on an express or implied commitment to its accuracy.

Intellectual Property Rights and Trademarks

The entire design, as well as all content of “BNETGG”, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc. (hereinafter referred to as content), are the intellectual property of “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.”, and are protected by applicable national, community and international law. The technologies provided to the shopkeepers for the security of data communication are the intellectual property of “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” pending patent issuance and their copying is subject to criminal prosecution.

 

Points Subsidy System

The “BNETGG” points system is designed to reward you for each purchase you make in a Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack or free usage on selected Battlenet Gaming Stations. Under no circumstances is it possible to purchase points using cash or any other means of transaction.

For every one (1) euro you spend on a Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack or free usage at the respective store participating in the program, you are rewarded with two (2) points.

The points to which each user is entitled will be added to their account immediately after the respective purchase.

The total number of points corresponding to each user will also be available at the same time.

When the user redeems the points corresponding to a product/service, then the points corresponding to the specific gift are deducted. The points concern each user per store separately and are not transferred.

“BNETGG” updates the list of products/services participating in the points redemption system whenever it deems it necessary.

Users are informed through the corresponding category of their account.

The acquisition of points, as well as their removal after a redemption, is recorded electronically in the corresponding user account category, viewing the last 5 transactions per store in total.

“BNETGG” reserves the discretion to add/remove products or services that participate in the points redemption system.

Gifts are acquired only by completing the number of points that “BNETGG” has predetermined and announced in the current gift list.

After redeeming points for a gift, it is not possible to redeem the gift in points.

After each purchase of a Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack or use of free charging at the corresponding store, the expiration date of the points is renewed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the event that no purchase is made within 30 days, the points are automatically reset.

Abuse of the rewards program and points system is expressly prohibited.

Any attempt to abuse or unfairly exploit the system is considered a violation of the BNETGG terms and conditions.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Ignoring or attempting to circumvent the restrictions and terms for earning points or using coupons.
  • Creating multiple accounts by a user to earn additional points or take advantage of offers.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or additional unauthorized actions that affect the integrity of the loyalty program and coupon system.
  • Selling, exchanging, transferring, or transferring points or coupons to other users or third parties.
  • In the event of any abuse, “BNETGG” reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without notice and to cancel any points or coupons associated with the abusive actions.

Furthermore, it reserves the right to take legal action against any violation.

 

User Invitation Reward System

The BNETGG invitation reward system was designed to reward users who enter the platform via invitation.

It is only valid for new users who register (or have already registered) in at least one store.

The reward is issued after adding points with the first purchase of any package to the user’s account.

ESPORTS CAFE P.C. is not responsible for any charges arising from sending invitations (SMS etc.). It is also not responsible for repeated receipt of invitations from app users who are not related to the company.

 

Registration Rewards System

The coupons awarded upon user registration have a specific validity period, which is limited to one (1) calendar month from the date of their award.

After this period, the coupons automatically become invalid and unavailable for use.
In the event of deleting the user account and re-registering in the application, any coupon that was awarded during the initial registration may reappear in the user’s account.

However, such coupon is considered non-activatable and cannot be used for any transaction or redemption.

 

Other Restrictions

Acts of abuse are expressly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Ignoring or attempting to circumvent restrictions and terms for the use of coupons.
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional points.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation or unauthorized actions that affect the integrity of the program.
  • Selling, exchanging, transferring or transferring points to other users or third parties.

In the event of any act of abuse being detected, BNETGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without notice and to cancel any points or coupons related to abusive actions. Furthermore, it reserves the right to take legal action against any violation of the terms and conditions.
