“Promo LAN Pack 5 hours / 7.5€ (Normal & Extreme PCs) + Red Bull Tropical”

1. Organizer
The organizer of the promotional action is Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter the “Organizer”), through its participating stores in Greece.
2. Promotional Item
The promotion concerns the provision of a game package with the following terms:
Package Content: 5 hours of LAN (gaming time) for use in Normal & Extreme area PCs (explicitly not on Stage PCs) and 1x Red Bull Tropical (yellow).
Package cost: €7.5 per activation/purchase.
Application Points: The purchase/activation of the package does not award points in the application/loyalty program.
3. Duration – Activation Period
The promotion is valid for activations from 02/02/2026 to 01/03/2026, and/or while supplies last (where applicable).
Outside of the above period, it is not possible to activate the package.
4. Right to Participate – Conditions
Only users/members (registered in the system/store) have the right to activate.
There is no age restriction for activating/purchasing the package, subject to any store policies and applicable legislation.
unlimited activations per user are allowed during the action.
5. How to Purchase – Availability (24/7)
The package is available for purchase/activation 24/7, where supported by the participating store (e.g. 24-hour stores and/or based on the store’s operating hours/procedures).
The availability of the accompanying product (Red Bull Tropical) depends on the store’s stocks. In case of exhaustion, the Organizer/store reserves the right to complete the provision according to availability, provided that this is provided for by the procurement guide/internal instructions.
6. Usage Restrictions
The 5 hours of LAN concern exclusively use in Normal & Extreme PCs and do not apply to Stage PCs.
The package is intended for personal use of the member who activated it and is not redeemable for money.
7. Geographical Restrictions – Excluded Stores
The action is valid exclusively at participating stores within Greece and not valid in the following:
Skopje, Larnaca, Sofia, Tirana
N. Smyrni, Palaio Faliro
8. Compatibility – Other Restrictions
The package does not award points in the application/loyalty program.
The Organizer may exclude malicious/abusive use that alters the purpose of the promotional action.
9. Modification – Withdrawal
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or discontinue the action for an important reason (indicatively: technical issues, stock availability, compliance reasons), with corresponding information through the official channels/stores.
10. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The Courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for resolving any dispute, unless otherwise specified by mandatory consumer protection provisions.
