Terms & Conditions – Fuzetea LAN June 2025

This offer is valid exclusively at Battlenet stores, within Greece, as described below, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Description

The **Fuzetea LAN June 2025** offer provides access to the LAN gaming services of Battlenet stores, with special LAN package prices, accompanied by a 500ml Fuzetea soft drink:

  1. Fuzetea 2H LAN: 2 hours of LAN gaming – Cost: €2.5 (valid for normal PCs).
  2. Fuzetea 2H LAN Extreme: 2 hours of LAN gaming – Cost: €3.5 (valid for all computers).
  3. Fuzetea 4H LAN: 4 hours of LAN gaming – Cost: €4 (valid for normal PCs).
  4. Fuzetea 4H LAN Extreme: 4 hours of LAN gaming – Cost: €5 (valid for all computers).

Offer valid from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, or while supplies last of the accompanying product.

2. Redemption Terms

  1. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, contests or promotions of Battlenet stores.
  2. Each LAN package can only be redeemed on the same day of purchase and its partial use on different days is not allowed.
  3. The offer is intended for individual users and is not transferable to third parties.
  4. The offer cannot be returned or converted into cash compensation or other type of credit.
  5. The prices refer to regular customers and do not apply to private or group bookings.
  6. In case of full coverage of the store, a wait for an available workstation may be required.

3. Restrictions & Participating Stores

  1. The offer is valid exclusively at Battlenet stores within Greece, excluding the following:
    • For Fuzetea 2H LAN & 4H LAN: Navarinou, Ampelokipoi, Agios Dimitrios, Tirana, Larnaca, Sofia, Skopje, Galatsi, Menidi, Agioi Anargyroi, Ilioupoli
    • For Fuzetea 2H & 4H LAN Extreme: Tirana, Larnaca, Sofia, Skopje, Galatsi, Menidi, Agioi Anargyroi, Ampelokipoi, Ilioupoli
    • In some stores (such as Galatsi, Menidi, Agioi Anargyroi, Ilioupoli, Ampelokipoi, Nea Smyrni), differentiated pricing applies, which is communicated locally within each store and on local social media.
  2. Battlenet reserves the right to add or remove stores from this promotion without prior notice.

4. Modifications & Management Rights

  1. Battlenet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer at any time, if deemed necessary.
  2. In case of abuse or circumvention of the terms, the company reserves the right to cancel the redemption or refuse the user’s participation in the offer.
  3. The offer may end earlier than 30/06/2025 in case of exhaustion of stocks of the Fuzetea product, without obligation to replace it.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  1. Battlenet and its stores are not responsible for technical problems, power outages or connection problems that may affect the use of the offer.
  2. Users are required to comply with the store operating regulations and applicable health or insurance provisions.
  3. Battlenet is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or damage to personal equipment during use of the services.
  4. In the event of damage to equipment due to negligence or malicious use, the store reserves the right to claim compensation.
  5. Participation in the offer implies full acceptance of these terms.
