Responsibilities:

• Team Management and Training
• Supplier Management and Collaboration
• Maintaining gaming equipment to ensure up-to-date technology and peripherals
• Ensuring excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
• Organizing events to increase store traffic (birthday parties, tournaments, game screenings)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an internet café will be considered a plus)
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science will be considered an additional asset
• Gaming-related technical knowledge (hardware/software/gaming)
• Ability to manage and train personnel effectively
