Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Training
  • F&B Management and Supplier Relations
  • Overseeing gaming equipment to ensure the latest technology and regular updates
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Organizing events to increase foot traffic (e.g., children’s parties, tournaments, game screenings)

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an internet café or gaming hub is a plus)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science is a plus
  • Knowledge of gaming experience essentials (hardware/software/gaming)
  • Strong team management and training abilities
