Store Manager, based in Thessaloniki

Battlenet’s store development philosophy is based on the transformation of classic Internet Cafes into multi-purpose entertainment spaces, always focused on providing a holistic gaming experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in an Internet café will be appreciated)
• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Informatics will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge oriented towards the gaming experience (hardware/software/gaming)
• Leadership skills within a team, with effective communication and a desire to manage and develop a business

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing staff
• Managing F&B and communication with suppliers
• Monitoring and maintaining store equipment, with an emphasis on computers
• Managing tournaments and organizing events like tournaments and children’s parties
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships to increase loyalty and enhance our reputation
