Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Training
- F&B Management and Supplier Partnerships
- Overseeing gaming equipment to maintain updated technology and peripherals
- Ensuring excellent customer service and developing customer relationships
- Organizing events to increase visitor traffic (children’s parties, tournaments, match screenings)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an internet café is a plus)
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or IT are considered an additional asset
- Knowledge oriented towards the gaming experience (hardware/software/gaming)
- Ability to manage and train staff
