Battlenet Gaming Stations, the fastest-growing Greek chain of gaming stations in Greece and abroad, is looking for: Assistant Store Manager for Athens.
The philosophy behind Battlenet’s store development is based on the transformation of traditional internet cafes into entertainment hubs, always focused on providing a holistic gaming experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in an internet café will be appreciated)
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or IT will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge oriented towards the gaming experience (hardware/software/gaming)
- Leadership skills within a team, with ease in communication and a desire to manage and grow a business
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing staff Managing F&B and communicating with suppliers
- Monitoring and maintaining store equipment, with a focus on computers
- Managing events and organizing tournaments and children’s parties
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships to enhance loyalty and boost our reputation
