Limited license
“BNETGG,” under the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws and regulations, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right of access, use, and presentation of this application and its contents. This license does not constitute a transfer of title to the application and its components and is subject to the following restrictions: (1) it must be retained in all copies of the application and its components, all copyright and other proprietary notices, and (2) you may not modify the application and its components in any way or reproduce or present them publicly, or distribute or otherwise use the application and its components for any public or commercial purpose unless otherwise permitted by the present.
Modifications
“BNETGG” reserves the right to change or modify the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the application at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions to the terms and conditions of use will take effect immediately upon notification, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, the placement of new terms and conditions in the application. Any use of the application following such change or modification will be deemed your unreserved acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions. “BNETGG” may, at any time, terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any part of this application, including the availability, presentation, or description of any product or service.
Limitation of Liability
BNETGG, its employees, or other representatives are not liable, under any circumstances, for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special damages or costs or penalties, including, but not limited to, lost profits, cessation of business, loss of information or data, or loss of business, loss or damage to property, and any claims of third parties arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or presentation of this application or its contents or any other linked website; regardless of whether BNETGG was informed, aware or should have been aware of this possibility.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” does not bear any responsibility for the use of the application by minors, for the supervision of which their legal guardians are solely responsible.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” is not responsible for the content of the linked websites on “BNETGG.” Their use is the personal responsibility of the user.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” does not control and does not bear any responsibility for the stores registered in this application. Compliance with the catering legislation is the store’s sole responsibility, and “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” is not responsible for this.
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” strives to ensure that the information contained in this application is always accurate and up-to-date. This information is provided based on “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” ‘s good faith belief that it is accurate and is not offered based on an express or implied commitment to its accuracy.
Copyright and Trademark
All design, as well as all content of “BNETGG,” including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc. (hereinafter content), is the intellectual property of “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” and is protected by the applicable national, Community, and international law. The technologies given to the shopkeepers for the security transferring data are copyright of “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” pending patent issuance, and their copying is prosecuted.
Points Grant System
The “BNETGG” point system is designed to reward you for every purchase you make on a Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack, or use of pay-as-you-go at selected Battlenet Gaming Stations stores. In no case is it possible to buy points using cash or any other means of transaction. For every one (1) euro you spend on a Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack, or use of pay-as-you-go at the respective store that participates in the program, you are rewarded with two (2) points. The points that each user is entitled to will be added to his account immediately after the respective purchase. The total number of points corresponding per user will be available at the same time. When the user redeems the points corresponding to a product/service, then the specific gift points are deducted. Points apply to each user per store separately and are not transferable. “BNETGG” renews the list of products/services participating in the points redemption system whenever it deems it necessary. Users are informed through the corresponding category of their account. The acquisition of points and their removal after some redemption is recorded electronically in the user’s corresponding account category, displaying a total of the last five (5) transactions per store.
“BNETGG” reserves the discretion to add/remove products or services that participate in the points redemption system. Gifts are awarded only by completing the number of points predetermined by “BNETGG” and announced in the current gift list. After redeeming points for a gift, it is not possible to redeem the gift in points. After each purchase of Lan Pack, Prepaid Pack, or use of pay-as-you-go in the respective store, the points’ expiration day is renewed for 30 days from the date of purchase. In case no purchase is made within 30 days, the points are automatically zeroed.
Abuse of the reward program and points system is expressly prohibited. Any attempt to misuse or unfairly exploit the system is considered a violation of the terms and conditions of BNETGG.
Abusive acts include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ignoring or attempting to circumvent the restrictions and conditions for earning points or using coupons.
Creating multiple accounts by a user to acquire additional points or take advantage of offers.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or additional unauthorized actions affecting the integrity of the rewards program and coupon system.
Selling, bartering, transferring, or transferring the points or coupons to other users or third parties.
In case of any act of abuse, “BNETGG” reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without notice and to cancel any points or coupons related to the abusive actions. In addition, it reserves the right to take legal action against any violation of the terms and conditions.
User Invitation Reward System
The BNETGG User Invitation Reward System is meticulously crafted to recognize and reward users who engage with the platform through invitations. This policy is applicable exclusively to new users who register (or have previously registered) with at least one affiliated store. Rewards are issued upon the accrual of points through the user’s inaugural purchase of any package, credited to their account.
ESPORTS CAFE P.C. assumes no responsibility for any charges resulting from the dispatch of invitations (SMS, etc.). Additionally, the company disclaims any liability for the repetitive receipt of invitations from app users unrelated to the company.
The following actions are expressly prohibited, including but not limited to: Disregarding or attempting to circumvent restrictions and terms related to the use of coupons, creating multiple accounts, fraud, false statements, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the program.
In the event of any identified abuse, BNETGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account without prior warning and to invalidate any points or coupons associated with abusive actions. Moreover, the company retains the right to pursue legal measures against any violation of the terms and conditions.
Personal Data Protection
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” created this application with the sole purpose of serving the customers of “BATTLENET GAMING STATIONS.” The “BNETGG” application is simple and user-friendly and has been designed to meet each user’s specific needs. To achieve your best service, it is essential for you, the customer of “BATTLENET GAMING STATIONS” stores, to understand that you must provide us with specific information regarding the processing of the acquisition of points and consequently the coupons from which you will be able to obtain. This Privacy Statement and the attached Terms and Conditions of Use of this application describe the data collection method by the “BNETGG” application, the use of this data by us, and the terms and conditions of this application. This Privacy Statement refers exclusively to your personal data, to which you grant us access from the existing concession you have made during the process of your registration in the stores of “BATTLENET GAMING STATIONS” but also while using this application.
General provisions
The information provided voluntarily by the users of the mentioned application is used by “BNETGG” to facilitate the point acquisition process and, consequently, the coupons you will be able to obtain. “BNETGG” does not distribute the email addresses or any additional information concerning users and customers of Battlenet Gaming Stations to any other organization or partner not affiliated with “BNETGG”.
Data Collection
“ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” clarifies that anyone can install the application without giving information regarding their personal data. However, “ESPORTS CAFE P.C.” offers, through its application, services the provision of which presupposes the registration of the user in the respective services and/or the disclosure of some personal information (such as name, surname, mobile phone, etc.).
Disclosure of personal data to “BNETGG” is at the sole discretion and initiative of the user, who does so to take advantage of the products and personalized services offered by “BNETGG.” Any sending and notification by the user – sender to “BNETGG” through this application of requests or messages containing personal data of the sender, to register as a member of the services provided, and/or his participation in the ongoing contests and/or in general the enjoyment of the features and services offered by “BNETGG,” will imply that the sender of such requests or information expressly consents to the record-keeping of such data by “BNETGG.” The processing of the above personal data will be done exclusively for the purpose for which the message or request has been sent.
Our application visitors are requested to provide us with their personal data only if they want to gain points and therefore coupons that they can use exclusively in selected stores, “BATTLENET GAMING STATIONS,” to register in our application. Particularly in the event that you are a minor, you do not provide us with Personal Data without first obtaining the consent or authorization of your parents or guardians.
Use of Information
“BNETGG” collects two types of information about users: (1) information that the user gives us when registering as a customer, (2) information that the user gives us in contests that take place from time to time. “BNETGG” makes use of the information you provide to us during the electronic submission of the form to (i) process the acquisition of points and consequently the coupons which you will be able to obtain, (ii) for user confirmation and identification in all instances that is deemed necessary (iii) for new or alternative products/services offered by “BNETGG,” (iv) “BNETGG” special offers.

The collection of personal data is required to process the acquisition of points and, consequently, the coupons you will be able to obtain. The submission of your personal data by you means that you consent to the use of this data by the employees of “BNETGG” for the reasons mentioned above. “BNETGG” requires its employees and the maintainers of its application to provide its client users with the level of security referred to in this Privacy Statement. In no other case can “BNETGG” share your personal information with others without your prior consent unless this is required through legal channels. Please note that under certain conditions, the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data, which have been collected online without your prior consent, is permitted or required by law or court order (for example, in case of a court decision).

For the user’s protection and safety, “BNETGG” will try to make sure that the person making the changes is indeed the user. The change or correction of your personal data can also be done through your profile in the application.
