The offer is available for individuals under the age of 17 and includes 10 prepaid hours of computer use at the price of 3€. The hours must be used within the offer period, and no refunds are available for unused hours.
Conditions and Clarifications
Eligibility:
- The offer is valid only for minors under the age of 17, and a valid ID or other document confirming the user’s age must be provided at the time of purchase.
- The use of the package is permitted only during the opening hours of Battlenet stores.
- The offer is available only at selected Battlenet Gaming Stations (see list below).
Usage Duration and Expiration of the Offer:
- The 10 hours of computer use can be spread across multiple sessions but must be consumed by September 30th. After this date, any unused hours will expire, and no refunds or other compensation will be provided for unused time.
Appropriate Behavior and Store Policies:
- Users are required to adhere to the store’s internal policies. Behaviors that could endanger equipment safety, disrupt the store’s operation, or cause discomfort to other customers, such as excessive shouting, equipment damage, or aggressive behavior, are strictly prohibited.
- In the event of inappropriate behavior that disrupts the store’s operation or jeopardizes the safety of other customers, the store reserves the right to deny entry to the user before or during the use of the package. In such cases, the store is not obligated to provide a refund or compensation for the unused hours of the package.
Legal Compliance and Protection of Minors:
- The offer targets minors and complies with Greek law regarding the protection of minors, in accordance with Law 4624/2019 on personal data protection and EU regulations regarding the protection of minors in public spaces.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their stay at Battlenet stores. Store personnel reserve the right to request the presence of a guardian when necessary.
Limited Liability:
- Battlenet is not responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents caused by improper use of the equipment by the users.
- In the event of technical issues or interruptions caused by factors beyond the store’s control (e.g., power outage or network issues), no compensation will be provided for the lost usage time.

- Damage Notice: Any damage to the equipment occurring during the use of the package must be repaired or replaced by the guardians within 10 days from the date of the damage or as otherwise agreed with the store. Guardians are responsible for all costs associated with the repair or replacement of the equipment.
