Organizer

The promotion/competition entitled “TSIOU II” is organized by Lancom LTD / Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

Duration

The Competition is held exclusively within the framework of the Thessaloniki International Fair 2025 (“TIF”), from 6 to 14 September 2025. Any participation outside this period is considered invalid.

Eligibility

Natural persons over 15 years of age are eligible to participate.

For minors under 15 years of age, participation is only possible by registering the details of the parent/guardian, who is considered the actual participant.

Participation Mechanism

Participation is done via electronic forms at the Organizer’s booth at TIF, with mandatory registration of approved data (name, phone, email).

Filling in incorrect or false data invalidates the participation.

Each user can participate once.

Winner & Prize

The first in the overall ranking at the end of TIF wins a Razer Huntsman Gaming Keyboard.

The winner will be notified by phone or email.

If there is no response within 10 days, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up.

The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

Use of Names & Image

By participating, each user accepts the Organizer’s ability to use their name and related content (e.g. snapshots from participation) for communication and promotional purposes (social media, TikTok, advertisements), without additional compensation.

Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data (name, email, telephone) are collected exclusively for: communicating with the winners, sending updates/offers via SMS, email, social ads.

The Organizer remains the Data Controller.

The data is retained for 2 years and then deleted.

The participant reserves the right to access, correct or delete by requesting it at marketing@battlenet.gr.

Other Terms

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems when completing the form. It reserves the right to modify or cancel the action without notice.
