These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the promotional action (hereinafter referred to as the “Action”), which is organized by the company under the name LANCOM E.P.E., with VAT number 998081209, TAX TAX OFFICE D’ THESSALONIKIS], registered office at VAS. HERAKLIOU 40, THESSALONIKIS / THESSALONIKIS, 54623 and with the distinctive title “Battlenet Gaming Stations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Action is conducted exclusively through the digital application “BNETGG”, owned and managed by the Company.
1. Duration of the Action
The Action will take place from July 29, 2025 to September 2, 2025, divided into five (5) distinct weekly periods, which are specified within the application or in relevant accompanying information material.
2. Right to Participate
All natural persons, members of the BNETGG application, who have reached the age of 16, have the right to participate in the Activity, excluding employees of the Company and partners or subcontractors who are directly or indirectly involved in the implementation of the Activity.
Participation is strictly personal, is not transferable and is carried out exclusively through the application, in accordance with these Terms.
3. Gifts – Distribution
3.1 Gift Categories
The gifts offered include, but are not limited to:
- Material goods (such as chairs, keyboards, Steam cards, etc.),
- Prepaid services of the Company (e.g. Prepaid, LAN Boosters),
- Shopping coupons (such as Logitech G coupons).
A detailed list of weekly gifts is posted within the application or in relevant accompanying material.
3.2 Terms of Use of Logitech G Coupons
- Coupons cannot be used to purchase products on sale or discounted.
- Cannot be redeemed for products whose retail value is less than twice the nominal value of the coupon.
- The coupons are valid for redemption on the Greek Logitech G website from 08/07/2025 to 30/09/2025.
- Each coupon is uniquely redeemable and partial or multiple use is not permitted.
3.3 How to Receive Gifts
The receipt of material gifts is carried out exclusively from stores in the Battlenet network that will be indicated by the Company, following prior consultation with the beneficiary. There is no provision for sending gifts or delivering them to third parties.
The redemption of gifts relating to game time (Prepaid, LAN Boosters)is not valid at the Battlenet Komotini store.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, replace or abolish the gifts offered, as well as to change the time, method or place of their delivery, without prior notice.
4. Participation Restrictions – Valid Win
- Each participant may be declared a winneronly once throughout the duration of the Promotion. In the event of multiple wins, the Company reserves the right to cancel subsequent wins.
- Participation and winning are strictly personal, are not transferable and concern exclusively the account that carried out the action.
- In case of doubt about the identity of the winner or use of the account by a third party, the Company may refuse to award the prize.
- Any attempt at fraudulent or abusive participation is expressly prohibited, including but not limited to the following practices: creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), using automated mechanisms (bots), altering data, etc.
- Accounts that bear names, nicknames or any other identifying element of an offensive, abusive, defamatory or generally inappropriate nature, at the Company’s discretion, are automatically excluded from the Activity. In such cases, their score is reset to zero, their participation is considered invalid and they are not entitled to receive any prize.
- The Company reserves the right to exclude or cancel the participation of any user, if there is suspicion or indication of irregularity or violation of the Terms, without requiring evidence or prior notice.
5. Cancellations – Modifications
The Company reserves the right:
- To modify, suspend or cancel the Action or part thereof at any time and without prior notice.
- To revoke the award of a gift or delay its delivery, in the event of indications of irregularity or difficulty in confirming the identity of the beneficiary.
6. Store Disclaimer
The Event is conducted exclusively by the Company through the BNETGG application. The affiliated stores of the Battlenet networkbear no responsibility for the conduct, winner selection process, communication or delivery of the gifts.
7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of participants’ personal data is carried out exclusively for the purposes of this Action, namely for identity confirmation and the delivery of gifts.
Data management is governed by the Company’sPrivacy Policy, which is available within the BNETGG application and on the Company’s official website. Participants retain all rights provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the relevant Greek legislation.
