Store Operations Manager in Thessaloniki

Role & Responsibilities:

• Train and manage the store staff
• Coordinate F&B orders and manage supplier relationships
• Oversee equipment and continuously upgrade gaming peripherals
• Build client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
• Organize events (e.g. tournaments, kids’ parties, match screenings)

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years experience in a management position (ideally in an internet café or similar)
• Gaming knowledge (hardware, software, trends)
• Team leadership and organizational skills
• Studies in Business Administration, Economics or IT
