Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Training
  • F&B Management and Supplier Partnerships
  • Overseeing gaming equipment to maintain updated technology and peripherals
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and developing customer relationships
  • Organizing events to increase visitor traffic (children’s parties, tournaments, match screenings)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an internet café is a plus)
  • Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or IT are considered an additional asset
  • Knowledge oriented towards the gaming experience (hardware/software/gaming)
  • Ability to manage and train staff
