This event is organized by Battlenet Gaming Stations (BattlenetGS) in collaboration with Logitech on Saturday, September 21, from 16:00 to 21:00, at Battlenet Arena, Ioanni Metaxa 4, 173 43, Agios Dimitrios, Athens.
1. Attendance and Admission
Entry to the event is free and no ticket is required for attendance.
However, those who hold a ticket will have priority access to the stage and activities during the event.
Each ticket is personal, valid for one individual only, and cannot be exchanged for money or any other benefits.
Stage seating and participation in activities are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Conduct and Safety
Proper behavior is mandatory. BattlenetGS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual displaying inappropriate behavior or causing disturbances during the event.
In cases deemed necessary, the store reserves the right to take legal action against anyone violating the terms or engaging in illegal activities on the premises.
Participants are required to respect the equipment on-site. Any damage to the equipment will result in financial liability for the individual responsible for the damage.
3. Financial Transactions
During the event, no financial transaction will be required from participants for the use or participation in activities related to the event.
Any additional service or product outside of what is offered during the event will be subject to separate charges.
4. Photography and Audiovisual Policy
Event participants consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event.
Photos and videos taken may be used for promotional purposes by BattlenetGS and its partners without any compensation claim from the participants.
Participants also consent to the live streaming of the event and further promotional use of the recorded material.
5. Personal Data
The personal data of participants is protected under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable national laws.
Data that may be collected during the event (e.g., photos, videos) will be used exclusively for the promotion of BattlenetGS and its partners.
6. Limited Liability
BattlenetGS is not liable for any losses or damages to personal belongings during the event.
Participants attend the event at their own risk, and BattlenetGS is not responsible for any bodily injury or other accidents that may occur on the premises during the event.
7. Retention of Rights
BattlenetGS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of modification, the updated terms will be made available on the event website, and it is the responsibility of the participants to stay informed.
8. Addition Regarding Free Hour Codes
Participants will receive codes for free hours of use via email, which are mandatory for accessing and using the stage during the event.
These codes can only be used at Battlenet Arena Agios Dimitrios on the day of the event (Saturday, September 21).
Failure to present these codes will prevent users from accessing the stage and participating in specific activities.
