Sprite – Boosting Sales & Brand Engagement through Esports

Objective:

Increase sales and introduce the new Sprite Zero Sugar to the gaming community, while enhancing brand loyalty through custom promotions in July and a series of tournaments in August.

 

Overview:

In collaboration with Sprite, we developed a unique time-based package in July 2024, focusing on boosting sales and promoting the new Sprite Zero Sugar. In August, we organized a series of esports tournaments to further enhance brand awareness and engage with the gaming community.

 

Execution:

  1. Custom Time-Based Package in July:
    In July, we launched an exclusive promotion at gaming stations, offering extra gaming time with the purchase of Sprite Zero Sugar. This initiative encouraged both product trials and repeat purchases, introducing Sprite Zero Sugar to a highly engaged audience.
  2. Esports Tournament Series in August:
    To build on the success of the July campaign, we organized a series of esports tournaments across popular games, featuring online qualifiers and live finals at Battlenet Arena. The tournaments attracted gamers from across the country, offering both physical and online engagement.
  3. Branding & Promotion:
    We handled all branding and promotional efforts, ensuring consistent Sprite messaging throughout the tournaments and across gaming centers.
