<h2><strong>1. Subject of the Offer</strong></h2>
1.1. The “Lion Morning LAN May 2026” promotion (hereinafter the “Offer”) is organized by participating Battlenet Gaming Stations stores.
1.2. As part of the Offer, users have the opportunity to purchase a special LAN package with a preferential price and a duration of use of three (3) hours.
<h2><strong>2. Offer Features</strong></h2>
2.1. The Offer includes:
<ul>
<li>3 hours of LAN</li>
<li>Cost €3.50</li>
<li>Availability of activation from 18/05/2026 to 31/05/2026</li>
<li>Availability of purchase exclusively during the hours of 09:00 – 13:00</li>
<li>Unlimited activations per user</li>
<li>Activation only for registered users / members</li>
<li>There is no age restriction</li>
<li>Valid for all PC areas except Stage</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>3. Participating Stores</strong></h2>
3.1. The Offer is valid at all Battlenet Gaming Stations stores, except:
<ul>
<li>Skopje</li>
<li>Larnaca</li>
<li>Sofia</li>
<li>Tirana</li>
<li>Oreokastro</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>4. Terms of Use</strong></h2>
4.1. The Offer is exclusively for users with an active membership account at Battlenet Gaming Stations stores.
4.2. The hours of use of the package must be consumed within one (1) session. Any unused time after the expiration or completion of the session is automatically lost without the possibility of transfer, compensation or refund.
4.3. The Offer packages:
<ul>
<li>do not award points or rewards in the loyalty system,</li>
<li>are not necessarily combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated,</li>
<li>are not exchanged for cash or other benefits.</li>
</ul>
4.4. The use of the Offer is valid exclusively for PCs and does not apply to:
<ul>
<li>Stage areas</li>
<li>VR systems</li>
<li>Consoles</li>
<li>Racing simulators</li>
<li>any other special setup unless expressly stated</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>5. User Obligations</strong></h2>
5.1. Users are required to comply with the internal operating regulations of the stores and the instructions of the staff.
5.2. Any behavior that may cause damage to the equipment, disrupt the operation of the store or negatively affect other users may lead to immediate termination of the service without refund.
<h2><strong>6. Modification or Withdrawal of the Offer</strong></h2>
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time, for technical, commercial or force majeure reasons, without prior notice.
<h2><strong>7. Acceptance of Terms</strong></h2>
7.1. The activation or use of the Offer implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
