1. Subject of the Promotion
1.1. The promotional campaign “Battlenet Easter Drops” (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is organized by the company operating the Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
1.2. Within the framework of the Promotion, daily promotional rewards are made available via special promo codes, which are published exclusively through Battlenet’s Instagram Stories.
2. Duration
2.1. The Promotion is valid during the Easter period, on dates announced through Battlenet’s official channels.
2.2. Each promo code is available for a period of two (2) hours from the time of publication.
3. Participation Mechanism
3.1. One (1) promo code is published daily via Instagram Story.
3.2. Users who wish to benefit must:
a) locate the promo code within the available time window,
b) redeem it through the application (BNETGG),
c) visit a Battlenet store to activate it.
3.3. Promo codes are time-limited and may also be subject to availability per store.
4. Reward – Terms of Use
4.1. The content of each promo code (e.g. LAN hours or LAN Boosters) is determined by the Organizer.
4.2. Rewards:
a) are activated through the application and redeemed in-store,
b) may require prior purchase (in the case of Boosters),
c) are valid only for use on PCs and not on consoles, VR or stage areas, unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Each user may use one (1) reward per drop, unless otherwise specified.
5. Restrictions
5.1. The Promotion:
a) is valid exclusively at participating Battlenet Gaming Stations,
b) applies to selected stores and does not apply to Battlenet Komotini.
5.2. Rewards:
a) are personal and non-transferable, limited to one (1) activation per user,
b) cannot be exchanged for money or other products,
c) cannot be used outside the defined time frame.
6. General Terms
6.1. Participation in the Promotion requires an active user account.
6.2. Users must comply with the store operating rules.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to:
a) modify the Promotion,
b) cancel promo codes,
c) exclude users in case of abuse,
without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
a) failure of the user to access the Instagram Story in time,
b) loss of a promo code due to time limitation,
c) technical issues affecting redemption or activation.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
