Terms & Conditions – Promotion “UniStudents x BattlenetGS | Exam Prep 2026”

1. Organizer – Partners

  1. The organizer of this promotional campaign is Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter “BattlenetGS”), through the participating stores listed below.

  2. UniStudents acts as a cooperating platform for displaying/issuing the benefits and distributing the codes to eligible users (hereinafter “UniStudents”).

  3. This campaign provides digital benefits (prepaid time and LAN boosters) and is governed by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable law.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • User/Member: a natural person who holds an active UniStudents account and completes registration/verification at a participating BattlenetGS store, as required for redemption.

  • Code: a unique, personal code issued via UniStudents, redeemable only at participating BattlenetGS stores.

  • 5-hour Prepaid Time: credit of 5 hours of prepaid gaming time, with no prior purchase required, limited to one (1) activation per user.

  • 1-hour LAN Booster: a code that adds one (1) hour as an automatic continuation/add-on to the user’s gaming time and requires a prior purchase/active time (it is not a standalone free entry), limited to two (2) activations per user.

3. Eligibility – Mandatory Requirements

  1. Participation is available exclusively to UniStudents users/members.

  2. Redemption of any code requires registration and/or verification at the participating BattlenetGS store, in accordance with the store’s procedures (e.g., account creation, identity/account matching).

  3. There is no age restriction for obtaining the codes. However, the use of in-store services remains subject to each store’s operating rules and any applicable rules regarding minors.

4. Availability Period – Expiration

  1. Codes may be obtained via UniStudents from 15/01/2026 to 15/03/2026 (the “Campaign Period”).

  2. Each code (both 5-hour Prepaid and 1-hour Booster) expires one (1) month after the date it is obtained/issued via UniStudents. Example: a code obtained on 15/03/2026 expires on 15/04/2026.

  3. After expiration, the code becomes automatically void and is not replaced.

5. Benefits – Strict Usage Limits (No Exceptions)

  1. Each user is entitled strictly and without any exception to:

    • one (1) activation of the 5-hour Prepaid Time, and

    • two (2) activations of the 1-hour LAN Booster.

  2. Any attempt to exceed these limits (e.g., multiple accounts, re-issuance attempts, circumvention) may result in cancellation of benefits and denial of redemption.

6. Personal Nature of Codes – Non-Transferable

  1. All codes are strictly personal, unique, and tied to the user who obtained them.

  2. Transfer, sale, gifting, exchange, sharing, or disclosure of codes to third parties is prohibited.

  3. If transfer or attempted transfer/circumvention is detected, BattlenetGS may:

    • void the code(s),

    • refuse redemption, and/or

    • exclude the user from the campaign, without any compensation obligation.

7. Redemption Rules – Technical/Operational Conditions

  1. Redemption is performed only in person at a participating BattlenetGS store (see Section 10).

  2. Redemption applies to Normal & Extreme area PCs, excluding Stage PCs.

  3. Redemption is possible 24/7, subject to each store’s operating hours and availability.

  4. The 5-hour Prepaid Time does not require a prior purchase.

  5. The 1-hour LAN Booster requires a prior purchase/active time and operates only as an add-on/continuation. If the requirement is not met at the time of redemption, the code cannot be redeemed then and remains available until its expiration, provided there is no abusive use.

8. Capacity/Availability – No Cash Value

  1. Benefits are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and not convertible into monetary value or other compensation.

  2. If a store is at full capacity or there is a waiting list, service is provided subject to availability and the store’s queue/priority rules. Full capacity does not entitle the user to an extension of the code’s expiration or any compensation.

9. Bans/Exclusion – “Ban Means Ban”

  1. Possession of a code does not override or remove any store-imposed exclusion/ban previously applied for any reason (including, indicatively, misconduct, rule violations, damages, harassment).

  2. BattlenetGS and the participating stores reserve the right to:

    • refuse entry and/or service,

    • immediately terminate usage,

    • cancel campaign benefits,
      if the user violates rules of conduct, safety, order, or store policies.

10. Liability for Damages – Equipment/Facilities

  1. Users must use all equipment and facilities with due care.

  2. In case of damage to equipment or premises (intentional or due to gross negligence), the user is obliged to repair/compensate the store according to applicable law.

  3. Redeeming a code does not create immunity or limit the store’s rights/claims.

11. Third-Party Issues – No Time Replacement

  1. BattlenetGS is not liable for interruptions or degraded service caused by third parties or external factors, including indicatively:

    • internet service providers,

    • third-party game platforms/servers/services (e.g., Steam, Riot, etc.),

    • power outages or network failures beyond the store’s control.

  2. In such cases, time is not replenished and users must contact the relevant third-party provider/platform.

  3. Any goodwill support offered (if any) is discretionary and does not constitute an obligation.

12. Modification/Suspension/Termination

  1. BattlenetGS may modify these Terms, suspend, or terminate the campaign for a serious reason (including, indicatively, technical issues, fraud/abuse, regulatory requirements), with notice via official channels and/or UniStudents where applicable.

  2. Modifications will not affect benefits already lawfully obtained and not expired, unless required to address fraud/abuse or legal compliance.

13. Personal Data

  1. For campaign implementation, personal data may be processed (indicatively: account details, redemption status, code validation) solely for redemption, limit control, and abuse prevention.

  2. BattlenetGS and UniStudents will process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), with roles (controller/processor) determined as required per case.

  3. Users may exercise their data protection rights according to the privacy policies of the respective parties.

14. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Greek law.

  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the organizer’s seat, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
