1. Organizer – Purpose
1.1. The organizer of the promotional action entitled “Santa’s Itch” (hereinafter the “Action”) is the company LANCOM EPE, with the distinctive title Battlenet Gaming Stations, based in Thessaloniki (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
1.2. The purpose of the Action is to reward users of the BNETGG application and to promote the services of the Organizer and the cooperating Battlenet Gaming Stations stores.
2. Duration of the Action
2.1. The Action will be held from December 15, 2025 at 00:00 until January 05, 2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter the “Period”).
2.2. The final draws to determine the winners of the grand prizes will take place on January 6, 2026.
3. Right to Participate
3.1. The right to participate in the Event is open to all natural persons who:
a) have reached the age of 18,
b) have an active account in the BNETGG application, and
c) accept these terms.
3.2. Participation in the Event is prohibited to:
a) employees of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, as well as members of their families (up to the second degree),
b) owners, managers and staff of Battlenet Gaming Stations stores,
c) anyone directly or indirectly involved in the organization, implementation or management of the Event.
3.3. In the event of participation by a person who does not meet the above conditions, their participation is automatically cancelled and any gifts or benefits awarded to them are revoked.
4. How to Participate – Mechanism Description
4.1. Participation in the Activity is carried out exclusively through the BNETGG application, in the special section/tab “Santa’s Itch”.
4.2. During the Promotion Period, each eligible user has the opportunity for one (1) attempt per day (a “scratch”), by selecting one (1) of three (3) virtual cards.
4.3. Under each card, one of the available results/prizes of the day is randomly assigned, which may be, for example:
game time (LAN Boosters),
participation (ticket) in raffles for physical gifts,
or an unwon “coal” type result.
4.4. The assignment of the results/prizes to the cards is done electronically and randomly through the Organizer’s automated system. The Organizer has taken all reasonable technical measures so that:
a) it is not possible for the user to predict in advance which card corresponds to which prize,
b) any attempt at falsification or manipulation is prevented.
4.5. Each participant may only use one (1) BNETGG account. The use of multiple accounts by the same natural person to increase the attempts/probabilities is prohibited and gives the Organizer the right to cancel all relevant participations.
4.6. Participation in the Event is free of charge. Any data or internet access charges are borne exclusively by the participant, according to the respective provider’s tariff.
5. Prize Categories
5.1. Within the framework of the Promotion, the following categories of gifts are provided, indicatively and not limited to:
a) Digital gifts / LAN Boosters, such as:
30′ LAN Booster,
60′ LAN Booster,
2h LAN.
These gifts correspond to computer usage time at Battlenet Gaming Stations stores and are redeemed according to the stores’ terms of operation and availability.
b) Raffle entries for physical prizes, such as:
1× Samsung 32″ G5 Monitor,
1× GT Omega Pro Office Gen2 Chair,
GT Omega Backpacks & GT Omega Stealth Backpacks,
Logitech Pro X Superlight 2 SE and Logitech G Headset Pro X SE,
10× Infinity Gear gift vouchers worth €150 each, with an expiry date of 28/02/2026,
Gifts from partner brands (e.g. Nestlé), as these will be announced in the application and/or on the Organizer’s website.
c) Non-winning results (“coal”), which do not entail the awarding of a prize to the participant.
5.2. The exact quantity, description, specifications, as well as the number of winners for each category of physical prizes are determined by the Organizer and will be available in the BNETGG application and/or on the official website. of the Organizer.
5.3. The prizes are exclusively personal, are not transferable, are not exchanged for money or other goods, nor are they modified at the request of the winner, unless the Organizer deems otherwise for operational or other reasons.
6. Draws – Winners’ Selection
6.1. Each “ticket” awarded to a participant through the Activity corresponds to his participation in a specific prize draw (or group of draws) as defined by the Organizer.
6.2. The draws will be held on 06/01/2026, by electronic means and/or before authorized persons of the Organizer, with a procedure that ensures the random and impartial nature of the selection.
6.3. The number of main winners corresponding to the number of availablepossible prizes, as well as runners-up, who may be designated by the Organizer.
6.4. Participation in a draw does not guarantee the acquisition of a prize. The probability of success depends on the total number of entries (tickets) in each draw.
7. Winner Notification – Prize Collection
7.1. Winners will be notified:
a) via notification (message) in the BNETGG application, and/or
b) via the contact details they have stated in their profile (e.g. email).
7.2. Winners must respond within a deadline to be set (e.g. ten (10) days from the sending of the notification), confirming acceptance of the prize and providing any required information for delivery/collection.
7.3. In the event that:
a) the winner does not respond within the deadline,
b) it is not possible to contact him,
c) he does not meet the conditions of participation,
the Organizer is entitled to cancel his right to the prize and make it available to the runners-up or to revoke it.
7.4. The prizes may be received:
a) from specific Battlenet Gaming Stations stores that will be indicated by the Organizer, and/or
b) via shipping/delivery in a manner that will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
8. Restrictions – Exclusions – Cancellations of Participation
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel entries and/or any prizes awarded if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of:
a) violation of these terms,
b) use of illegal means or techniques (indicatively: bots, scripts, multiple accounts),
c) attempt to tamper with or circumvent the game mechanism.
8.2. The Organizer also reserves the right to request the presentation of identification documents (e.g. ID) before delivering the prize, in order to verify the winner’s identity and his/her right to the prize.
9. Modification or Termination of the Activity
9.1. The Organizer is entitled at any time, for reasonable cause (indicatively: technical reasons, force majeure, change in the legal framework, restrictions by partners or suppliers), to change the terms of the Energy, to shorten, extend or cancel the Energy, with a relevant announcement through the BNETGG application and/or its official website.
9.2. In case of modification or cancellation, the Organizer shall not bear any liability towards the participants, beyond the observance of the rights that have already been definitively acquired (e.g. gifts that have already been awarded or redeemed).
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
a) any technical problems, malfunctions or temporary unavailability of the BNETGG application, networks or any third-party services,
b) entries that were not registered, delayed or incorrectly, due to technical problems or network errors,
c) any harm, damage or loss (direct or indirect) that a participant may suffer in connection with the Action, other than gross negligence or intent of the Organizer.
10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for defects, wear or damage due to misuse of the prizes by the winner or third parties, nor is it obliged to replace a prize due to such circumstances.
11. Personal Data
11.1. The Organizer, in its capacity as Data Controller, will process the personal data of the participants exclusively for the purposes of:
a) the proper conduct of the Event,
b) the selection and notification of the winners,
c) the delivery/redemption of the prizes.
11.2. The processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as in accordance with the respective Privacy Policy of the BNETGG application, which is available through the application and the official website of the Organizer.
11.3. The participants retain all their rights as data subjects (indicatively: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, opposition), as described in detail in the above Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property Rights – Publicity
12.1. All trademarks, logos, distinctive features, design elements, texts and graphics used in the context of the Promotion constitute the intellectual and/or industrial property of the Organizer and/or the collaborating companies and are protected by applicable law.
12.2. The Organizer may, if it deems it appropriate, publish the names of winners, city of residence and/or photographic material related to the receipt of the prizes, exclusively for the purposes of promoting the Promotion, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
13. Tax and Other Charges
13.1. Any taxes, fees or other legal charges that may be imposed on the prizes, in accordance with applicable law, shall be borne by the Organizer, unless otherwise provided by express provision of law.
13.2. Any additional charges related to the use of the prizes (e.g. travel expenses to/from stores, installation of equipment, use of related services, etc.) is borne exclusively by the winner.
14. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
14.1. These terms are governed by Greek Law.
14.2. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and, if an amicable resolution is not possible, the Courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
15. Acceptance of Terms
15.1. Participation in the Event requires the full, unreserved and without any reservation acceptance of these terms by the participant.
15.2. The full text of the terms and any amendments to them will be available through the BNETGG application and/or on the official website of the Organizer, where they prevail in the event of disputes.
