This promotion (“Draw”) is organized by the Battlenet 3D Nea Smyrni store, located at 10 Agias Fotinis Street, Nea Smyrni (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1. Right to Participate

1.1. The Draw is open to members of the store only, who have an active account in the Organizer’s system and have registered a confirmed mobile phone number.
1.2. A prerequisite for participation is the successful confirmation of the mobile phone number, for identification and communication purposes.
1.3. Members with an unconfirmed, incorrect or inactive mobile phone number are not included in the Draw.
1.4. Store staff and first-degree relatives are excluded from participation.

2. Participation Period

2.1. Entries are collected for purchases made from December 1 to December 31.
2.2. Participation is obtained exclusively through the purchase of selected time packages/programs (CafePro), which provide a specific number of points/entries.
2.3. Packages that provide entries are activated only with mobile phone confirmation, as defined by the Organizer’s technical system.
2.4. The detailed description of the programs is not made public, as participation concerns exclusively members and the use of their account.

3. Prizes of the Draw

3.1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) PlayStation 5.
3.2. Nine (9) additional participants will receive a 15-hour voucher for the Battlenet 3D Nea Smyrnis store.
3.3. The 15 hours of use:

are not transferable,

are not exchangeable for money or other items,

cannot be used at any other Battlenet store.

3.4. The PlayStation 5 is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

4. Draw Process

4.1. The Draw will take place on January 5th, either in-store or electronically via a list and a certified selection mechanism (AI/randomization).
4.2. The result of the Draw will be presented in a cinematic video, which will be posted on the store’s social networks and displayed on the in-store screen system.
4.3. The winners of the remaining 9 prizes will be announced at a later date.

5. Winner Notification

5.1. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the Draw.
5.2. If the PlayStation 5 winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Processing of Personal Data

6.1. Personal data (name, phone, email) are used exclusively for the needs of the Draw and communication with the winners.
6.2. The data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after the completion of the process, in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.

7. Participation of Minors

7.1. Minors under the age of 18 may only be in the store if a valid written consent from a parent/guardian has been submitted.
7.2. Only minors who have a registered and approved consent form may participate in the Draw.
7.3. In the absence of valid consent, the minor may not participate or remain in the venue.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the Draw in the event of force majeure, technical problems or other reasonable cause.
8.2. Any modification will be posted at a point indicated by the Organizer (website, social media or in-store).

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Draw, participants declare that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
