Subject
This promotion (“Promotion”) provides free PC time at participating Battlenet Gaming Stations stores, exclusively on Friday, November 28, 2025 (“Promotion Day”), within the time period 09:00–13:00 (Greek time), and under the following terms.
Duration & Scope
2.1. The Promotion is valid only on the Promotion Day and exclusively during the time period 09:00–13:00.
2.2. The Promotion is valid for PC stations at participating stores and is subject to availability (first-come, first-served).
2.3. The Promotion may not apply to specific areas/rooms (e.g. VIP/Stage/Streaming Rooms) or consoles, at the reasonable discretion of each store.
Beneficiaries – User Account
3.1. Only registered users with an active Battlenet account participate.
3.2. The offer is personal and non-transferable. Identification is required (app/card/phone).
3.3. One (1) free entry per user for the Promotion Day, regardless of the number of visits or stores.
How to Use – Restrictions
4.1. The free time is only valid for sessions that start and end between 09:00–13:00.
4.2. At the end of the period (13:00) the session is terminated and any remaining free time is forfeited without any claim for compensation.
4.3. Reservation/blocking of a seat in advance is not permitted due to the nature of the Energy.
4.4. Abuse is not permitted (e.g. multiple accounts/switching seats); the store may refuse or terminate participation.
Combination with Other Offers – BNETGG Points
5.1. Free time does not award points in the BNETGG loyalty program and does not affect existing privileges.
Internal Regulation – Proper Use
6.1. Users are required to comply with the internal regulation, staff instructions and any safety rules.
6.2. Aggressive behavior, harassment, damage/mistreatment of equipment or violation of intellectual property law/game terms of use is prohibited.
6.3. The store has the right to immediately terminate the session and remove a user in case of violation, without any compensation.
Minors – Legal Compliance
7.1. Use by minors is permitted only with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian, in accordance with applicable law.
7.2. The Regulation on the Protection of Minors applies to stores in Greece. Any time restrictions or identification requirements are strictly observed.
7.3. Battlenet processes personal data in accordance with the respective Privacy Policy and applicable law (GDPR).
Limitation of Liability
8.1. Battlenet/the stores are not liable for any damages/breakages/accidents due to improper use of equipment/space by the user.
8.2. In cases of force majeure or technical incidents (e.g. power/network outage), there is no claim for replacement/compensation.
8.3. For third-party products (e.g. food/beverages) Battlenet is not liable for allergic reactions or related issues.
Equipment Damage
9.1. The user is liable for any damage caused by intent or negligence to infrastructure/equipment (PC, monitors, peripherals, furniture, etc.).
9.2. In the event of damage, the user is obliged to fully restore or cover the cost of repair/replacement upon first written notice.
Store Exclusions
10.1. The Promotion is valid on all Battlenet Gaming Stations, except Battlenet 3D Nea Smyrni.
10.2. Battlenet may update the list of participating/excluded stores by posting on its physical/digital channels.
Modification/Suspension
11.1. Battlenet may, for good cause or due to force majeure, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, with at least reasonable notice.
11.2. Any changes are applicable for the future and have no retroactive effect, unless required by mandatory law.
Other Terms
12.1. Participation in the Event constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
12.2. These terms supplement the General Terms of Use of Battlenet stores and any specific terms of policies/regulations.
12.3. In the event of a conflict, these specific terms of the Event shall prevail for the matters they expressly regulate.
