Subject of Offer
This offer (“Offer”) concerns the provision of a five (5) hour prepaid computer usage package, at the price of eight euros and fifty minutes (€8.5), with the possibility of use in all available areas of the Battlenet Gaming Stations stores participating in the Offer.Duration of Offer
2.1. The Offer is valid exclusively for the period from October 1, 2025 to October 30, 2025.
2.2. The hours of use obtained through the Offer must be consumed within the above period. After the expiration of the validity period, any unused hours are automatically forfeited, without the right to a refund or other compensation.Points Award in the BNETGG Rewards Program
3.1. The packages available under this Offer are promotional in nature and do not award points in the BNETGG rewards system. 3.2. Participation in the Offer does not affect the collection of points from other transactions, nor the privileges associated with the BNETGG rewards program.
The Offer is valid exclusively for registered users/members of Battlenet Gaming Stations stores, who have an active account in accordance with the respective terms of use.
4.2. The use of the package is only allowed during the operating hours of the Battlenet stores participating in the Offer.
4.3. The Offer is only available at participating Battlenet Gaming Stations stores and is not valid at stores expressly excluded below.Method and Duration of Use – Expiration of Hours
5.1. The five (5) hours of use included in the package must be consumed in one (1) continuous session.
5.2. In case of deactivation or disconnection of the computer (e.g. end of session, user logout, change of location or other reason leading to termination of the session), any remaining/unused hours expire automatically and permanently, without the right to a refund or any other compensation.Appropriate Behavior – Compliance with Internal Regulations
6.1. Users ofare required to comply with the internal operating regulations of the Battlenet stores, as well as any instructions from the staff.
6.2. Any behavior that may endanger the safety of the equipment, staff or other customers is strictly prohibited, such as, but not limited to, destruction or mistreatment of equipment, aggressive or harassing behavior.
6.3. The store and/or Battlenet reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to terminate the session and/or block any user who does not comply with these terms or internal regulations, without obligation to refund any unused hours.Legal Compliance – Minors – Privacy
7.1. The Offer is addressed to persons over 18 years of age or to minors who use the services with the legal consent of their parent or guardian, in accordance with applicable law.
7.2. The Regulation on the Protection of Minors, as applicable from time to time, applies to stores located in Greece. More information is available HERE.
7.3. Parents/guardians remain solely responsible for supervising minors, as well as for complying with the relevant usage restrictions.
7.4. Battlenet fully complies with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the protection of minors. Personal data is processed in accordance with the currently applicable Battlenet Privacy Policy.Limitation of Liability
8.1. Battlenet and its affiliated stores are not liable for any material damage, personal injury or other accidents resulting from inappropriate or contrary to the terms of use of the equipment or premises.
8.2. In the event of technical problems, force majeure or other events outside the sphere of control of Battlenet (such as, but not limited to, power outages, network failures, technical malfunctions), there is no obligation to compensate for any lost usage time.
8.3. For products that do not come from Battlenet (such as, but not limited to, food or beverages that customers purchase from third-party suppliers), Battlenet bears no responsibility for any allergic reactions, intolerances or other health problems. Each customer is solely responsible for the consumption of these products.Equipment Damage
9.1. Users are responsible for any direct or indirect damage they cause, through intent or negligence, to the equipment or infrastructure of the stores (indicatively: computers, monitors, peripherals, furniture, wiring).
9.2. In the event of damage, the user is obliged to fully repair the damage or cover the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment within fifteen (15) days of written notification by the store or Battlenet.
9.3. Battlenet reserves all its legal rights to claim compensation.Exempt Stores
10.1. The Offer is not valid at the following Battlenet Gaming Stations stores:
International stores: Battlenet Skopje, Battlenet Larnaca, Battlenet Sofia, Battlenet 3D Tirana
Greece: Battlenet Ilioupoli, Battlenet Oreokastro, Battlenet Palaio Faliro
10.2. Battlenet reserves the right to modify the list of participating or excluded stores at any time, with relevant information via the website and/or announcements in stores.
