Duration of the action: Monday 27/10/2025, 10:00 to Friday 31/10/2025, 23:59 (Europe/Athens).
Organizer: Battlenet Gaming Stations (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1) Participation

1.1. Individuals aged 16+ are eligible to participate. For minors, parental consent and compliance with the access rules of each store are required.
1.2. Participation requires playing exclusively on Battlenet PC (physical presence). Remote / mobile / cloud / streaming are not allowed.
1.3. The request concerns the special “Halloween” custom build of Thief’s Shelter. Participations from the original build or other version are not accepted.
1.4. One (1) BNETGG account per person, one (1) PC per player during the run. Group or relay runs on the same PC do not count.
1.5. Proof of entry (exactly 3 screenshots or 1 collage with the 3 points) is required via the official form/channels to be announced.
1.6. Submission limit: 1 valid entry per person (same contact details/BNETGG/Email/phone).

2) Validation

2.1. In the custom build, the player obtains a UV flashlight and locates 3 hidden Battlenet logos.
2.2. Submission: Proof of entry + identification details (name, email, BNETGG ID/phone, optionally store/city) are sent.
2.3. Time limit: Submissions outside 10/27/2025 10:00 – 10/31/2025 23:59 are not accepted.
2.4. Validity check: The Organizer may perform manual / technical check (metadata, comparison with builds / stations, etc.).
2.5. Discretion: In case of indications of violation / abuse / alteration of images or non-compliance with the rules, the Organizer may reject participation without obligation to justify.

3) Prizes – Credit

3.1. The 3 fastest valid submissions (based on full timestamp of receipt) win: 1× Full Game key + 10 hours of use on Battlenet.
3.2. All valid participants win 2h LAN Booster FREE (1/person).
3.3. Hours are credited only through BNETGG. If the participant does not have/denies BNETGG, the hours cannot be credited in any other way.
3.4. Prizes/hours are personal, non-transferable, not exchangeable for money/other goods.
3.5. The Organizer may set/modify the expiration date of the vouchers/hours (e.g. 14–30 days from credit).
3.6. In case of a tie in timestamps, a tie-break will be applied (e.g. earliest total upload or first fully compliant submission).

4) Rules of Conduct – Prohibitions

4.1. Spoilers/public guides for the points before the end of the action are prohibited.
4.2. Multiple submissions with the same details, automation, image alterations, use of third-party tools for “fabrication” of proofs are prohibited.
4.3. Battlenet and/or developer staff/partners may be excluded.

5) Technical – Liability

5.1. The game/UV build is provided “as is”. The Organizer is not responsible for delays/outages/technical problems in stores or on the network.
5.2. The Organizer may at any time modify, postpone or cancel the action for reasonable reasons (e.g. technical issues, security, force majeure).
5.3. Participation implies acceptance that the Organizer is not responsible for direct/indirect damages from participation/inability to participate.

6) Personal Data

6.1. We process personal data exclusively for: identification, validation of participation, selection of winners, delivery of prizes and keeping of legal records.
6.2. Legal basis: execution of the action & legitimate interest to prevent abuse.
6.3. Retention: up to 60 days after the expiration/delivery of prizes (unless the law requires longer).
6.4. Rights of subjects & contact details: see the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
6.5. Marketing communications are only sent with an explicit opt-in.

7) Intellectual Property

7.1. Thief’s Shelter and its elements are the intellectual property of the developer. The Battlenet marks are registered/used legally.
7.2. Participation does not grant a license beyond the need to participate.

8) Other Terms

8.1. These terms are governed by Greek Law. Competent courts: Thessaloniki (unless otherwise specified by mandatory consumer law).
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify terms/dates/mechanics with a relevant announcement on the event page.
8.3. Participation in the event constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
